Can’t even register
At least I didn’t have to go through what other had to , with camera unable to scan ID card and credit card. Absolutely worthless
Contact the front desk
Drivers license camera was constantly blurry and couldnt focus. Then keeps saying “Your checkin could not be completed. Please contact the front desk or try again later”. This is after creating an account, going through drivers license upload, selfie, adding credit card. Waste of time
Garbage App
This is the worst app ever. It always says my password is incorrect, but it’s saved in my phone. I try to reset it and it will not allow me to reset it. Just do better

I can’t really review anything about that app because it didn’t allow me signing saying username/password are incorrect, to see my reservation and check-in. Yes, it’s really bad

Might as well do the App Store a favor and just delete this app from existence.

You might think that all the people who wrote reviews just can use their camera properly. No. The interface for this app is total garbage and maybe some sort of prank on people who want to check in without waiting in line

Unable to link my reservation after multiple attempts.
Doesn’t achieve its purpose
There’s a big sign at the beginning of the snaking line to check in that’s says “skip the line!” by downloading the app. So of course I did. And despite trying a couple of different ways, it couldn’t find our reservation and so we waited in the line. What was the point of the app, then?!? Don’t bother.

So many glitches, so many terrible features that don’t work
So glitchy. Uses its own camera to take pictures of IDs so you can’t use the focus feature on your iPhone. Took me 5 attempts to take a “clear” photo it was happy with. We had to use three different email addresses before it would even let us create an account. Wouldn’t send the forgot password link, wouldn’t send the activation link. Might as well just not offer an app because I’m so annoyed right now. Not a great way to start a vacation.

Fire the developer of this app!
I know many people are saying that they could not find the registration using the app, my registration showed up, but when it was asking me to upload a photo and my credit card information, for whatever reason the photo was blurry… I was thinking maybe it was my camera. went to my camera and tried to take the same photo and it was perfectly crystal clear! Went back to the app, tried starting over, and the same darn thing! So I couldn’t get any further than that. I guess I will be standing in line to register.

Says at reception to download app cause it will help check in but you still have to check in. Worthless

Mobile checkin
False advertisement you can’t do mobile check in it’s “currently unavailable”. That’s the only reason I downloaded the app, wanted to save some time when I arrived for EDC 😂
No mobile check-in
They advertise their mobile check-in and send you an email telling you to download the app to take advantage of it. When you do you won’t be able to add a credit card and advance to check-in. When I tried I received an error stating, “Something Went Wrong”. Tried their live chat and they just told me to check-in at the counter. Don’t advertise something that doesn’t work.
