Be careful using coupons
I had a free double scoop for a birthday reward. When I went in store to redeem it I l clicked “redeem in store,” then an error popped up and said “uh oh you already redeemed this,” (even though I hadn’t).
Then the reward went away completely and wasn’t under the “rewards” tab.
Thankfully the worker said the app was glitchy and got me my free double scoop.

No reward scan
You have to take a photo of a receipt to get rewards, no scan QR code.
App Does Not Let Me Redeem Rewards
I cannot redeem the free single scoop for points through the app. I have tried logging out, reinstalling the app, and contacting support. I’ve now wasted more time trying to get the reward than the reward is even worth.

The ice cream is divine and inspired. The app is easy to use. You get free scoops. What more could you want?
Super convenient app
Super easy to use app to order the world’s best ice cream for pickup. I like that I can order ahead and skip the line. Also they offer good deals too on occasion! Definitely love Salt & Straw 😻

Location does not work
The location selector does not work for me, even after reaching out to support. Also, I believe they used to have an option to order scoops with the app, and now you can’t. :(
