I had booked a sleeper in NAC bus for kanpur to delhi,
At the time of departure the personal at the terminal told me that you have booked a seat.
I told them that I had booked sleeper but they didn’t accept it and finally I have to travel on seat.
This is how u treat ur passengers.

Coupon code applied but still no discount given
Every time I book ticket from Kanpur to vrindavan the conductor insists to step down at goverdhan chauraha stating that bus will not go to chatikara chauraha the selected drop off point
Same happens when I book tickets from vrindavan to kanpur the driver denies pickup from chatikara chauraha asking me to come to goverdhan chauraha

Worst facilities by shatabdi travels.They pickup even non ticket passengers directly.Lights and charging points also not in working conditions.And so called SAMAY in their name they don’t take you in right time...
