Struggle to top up funds in the account with any phone or any bank card

You app takes money from account but then does not add it to my balance.

As of recently I am not sure what has changed. Prior the app allowed me to top up my account at any time of the day and all worked fine. Recently the app has stopped all attempts at allowing me to top up.
I have tried new cards and banks ! Also all options when it comes to using a card whether it be saving or once off. Just hangs

This App is not working, cant log in but on the web site i can log in, and payment is a mess cant pay.
Password reset dysfunction
I can’t set or reset the password on the app and thus I am unable to access the my account. I suspect there is a bug because everyone else at the Sanral office struggled with the same issue:

I am trying with fail to log in to this app. When I think I am almost there something comes up. Previously my email pw was un acceptable, today the car registration is not🙆🏽♀️🤷🏻♀️

I use the Sign in with Apple option but it returns me back to the log in screen. What a pity.

What a terrible app, and Im supposed to move my etag over to SANRAL havent been able to navigate through the pages, the “next’ section is always covered by something, so scaling is way off

I have version 3.0.8 on my iphone but cant print pdf transactions or forward pdf to other divises
APP DOESN’T WORK
I cannot even access APP to register… how do I go about migrating Bakwena tag onto something that has been giving problems since the start if I look at the other reviews??????
No spacebar available in app for bakwena etags
There is no space bar to insert spaces when entering bakwena etag number. Spaces are required format, however only a keypad without a spacebar is available in the app.

App not working on iPhone 13/14
I have used the app on iPhone 8,11,15 and 16. And the app works fine. When I try it on an iPhone 13/14, and I want to download the PDF of my transactions the app crashes. Please fix it.
Sanral mobile App
The app does not allow to load funds. Went to Sanral offices in Pretoria and they could help me. I had to resort to loading funds via Sanral website. Please fix the App!!!!
Totally useless
This old app was perfect. The new shows nothing, not even the balance, you can’t refill even your accounts like before.
Complete rubbish
It used to be fine but now making a payment in a dual account does not put the payment into the selected account, instead it goes into the main account. Your help desk is unable to assist. Have to resort to paying manually which kind od defeats the purpose!
