Unable to verify number
Never downloaded this app before and I’m unable to verify phone number because the number is already been linked which is crazy to me for being new to the app…..
Not Worth The Hype!
All the hype reviews and videos you see for it on social media are paid reviews. The app is laggy and constantly logs you out. And, you aren’t earning anything but points that once a week you spend 250 points on a scratcher that you have a very slim chance of getting the $5.00 only to be told oops try again. There are better earning apps out there that you actually earn from and get paid. Do not download this app.

Waste of time
I earned a lot of points and I can’t even access them. My app has been stuck on the same screen and the point store is not accessible . The screens are moving behind the home page. I’ve sent quite a few emails from submitting tickets and it’s still the same. It’s been like that for over a year.

Horrible app
I have to login each time, but that isn’t the main issue. My main issue with this app is the fact that it freezes up. When I try to switch to a different part of the app it switches me right back to where I was trying to leave from, if that makes sense. I deleted it and unsubscribed from the emails. No thank

App needs major improvements
Would NOT recommend using. It is so unfair to have to wait to receive your money when you’re using the correct username and password only for member support to not respond to you nor help when the issue is that a code isn’t populating. A week later it’s still not working. No one has responded to my ticket.

App works sometimes smh. I did get $5 from a scratcher but the app is inconsistent so it’s very frustrating and discouraging!
Can't confirm account ain't getting the mail
Ok I'm not getting the email some code I don't see no code it's a constant loop of confirm account but how do I!?? Your system doesn't work
Normally love it, but no customer service if you have an issue!
This hasn't worked for me in almost two months, it says my bank account lost connection, but if I click that or my account or anything other then "help", the page just circles and doesn't let me do anything. I contacted them on feb 13, through email, messenger, and I have left numerous comments on their social media. I have tried different browsers, devices and the app, nothing works. I’ve been using the site since the beginning, to have no response at all from customer service from multiple sources, makes me wonder how safe this is with my bank account information normally linked.

Best app to have in your life
Not a bad app!
The app itself is amazing! The only thing I really have a problem with is the customer service. I had emailed them back on February 1st and only heard from them once (asking what email was used with my account). I responded as soon as I saw it (which took a bit tbh, and after my second attempt of getting ahold of them), and am still waiting for a response sadly. I know it may take a bit with how many people are using the app and may need help, but this is the longest I have had to wait for any help :/

Ideal and service is good, app is not.
The idea and the service is good, however, the app is not. The app itself is about three stars, it runs like a mobile website instead of an app over half the buttons don’t actually do anything when tapped and logging in is clunky and doesn’t work with Face ID you have to type in your email and password manually each time there’s not even any auto fill.

i cannot connect my bank account.
this app sounds lovely and that it helps a lot but i am unable to link my bank account to the app to even use it! this is very unfortunate.
This app is busted.
When I try to link my bank account through plaid, it gets stuck. I have linked my bank account through plaid to other apps without issue.
Emails finally stopped
I’ve been using SaverLife for about a year after being introduced to it through my work. It’s a nice incentive to encourage us to try to save more. At first I had an issue with incessant emails but after a few months and contacting support and reviewing here, they finally stopped. Even though I don’t win often, a surprise of winning once or twice is a nice surprise for doing something I should be doing anyway.
