Promo Code not accepted
Ordered online. The draw was to use a promo code and get a free slice along with the featured slice.
The app would not accept the code. So that pretty much defeated the purpose of the app.
Thankfully the staff at the Sbarro pizzeria in Crossgates Mall in Albany, NY were superstars, especially the kind lady manager, who honored the deal.
I prefer in person ordering and service any day, and will delete your app.

DoorDash Trash
This is a white-labeled DoorDash app, so you get all the inherent hassles of DoorDash, like the menu saying your order will be ready in 19 minutes, then when you actually place the order it changes to 45 minutes. There’s no rewards or offers, so just don’t bother.

Sbarro is the King of Pizza. Fresh ingredients, well cooked, great online specials, and great service from over worked employees that never get the credit they deserve for their excellent attention to detail and continuity in getting a great pizza out of the kitchen to customers. I order about 4-5 a week at the Visalia location. If the keep specials going, they will keep me going. I am about 40 orders in for the last 6 months. Thanks for the good deals Sbarro.

The app is incredibly glitchy, however. So much so that I had to uninstall it from my phone. Please fix so that I can order pizza 🤩🫶

Stole my money
Placed an order for pick up, was immediately cancelled because they couldn’t contact the store, still took the money anyways even though the order didn’t get placed, this add is a thieving scam don’t use it
App won’t let me log in; forces me to check-out as guest
Just logged in for the first time in a while to order something and not only does the app look different, but as I stated in the title, I can’t log in to earn points and it only gives me the option to check-out as a guest. Please fix this issue.

Won’t allow me to add points from a receipt and won’t allow me to order online. Get an error msg when I try to check out.
Good pizza
The pizza is excellent, but the app is clunky. Could be the worst food app ever. Very difficult to use. Doesn’t mess well with Apple password saver. The points app appears to be different than the ordering app. Terribly conceived.

App nuances
I like Sbarro pizza, but this app is quite user-unfriendly. It is best to just sign in as Guest if you are in a hurry, but if you are like me and buy pizza there once a month, you accrue points and coupons, so its best to create an account. The hardest thing about using the app is resetting your password. Once you figure that out, I guess you’re good. Dont rely on Microsoft/Edge to create a strong password for you, because it just wont auto fill. The only other problem I see with the app is that some pictures are not clickable. If you are trying to order a pickup, make sure you choose the nearest location of your local Sbarro first, otherwise, the Submit button will be grayed out. It’s good pizza, but you might want to order a whole pizza for you and a friend.

No point in using this app
The only way you get points or can use rewards is by online/app paid order only. Nothing to scan within the app for in store purchases. The Sbarro nearby is in a mall where I work, I often don’t know when I can go on break or don’t have time to place order then pick up (sometimes they run out of fountain soda). Employees don’t know how to add points when I purchase or don’t ask so I’ve missed some points. No way to add points from receipts. Basically this app is only for online ordering, not rewards.

The App is more expensive than ordering at the location and doesn't send paid for orders to the local shop. Total scam stealing money from customers

Best extra large New York style pizza in my area and they have the best lasagna. Excellent manager at the mall Sbarro.

Overall the app functions well but there is no room for any comments like need more sauce on the ziti or put extra sauce on the pizza or send grated cheese or send garlic powder or need silverware and napkins. Little comments on ordering items or the complete order do a lot to boost customer relationship
