Service sucks!!

Dear SBNRII Support Team,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the PAN card service I recently purchased. I paid a total of $130, along with an additional $57 in charges, under the expectation that your service would significantly simplify and handle the application process.

However, after two weeks, I have been asked to complete additional forms, correctly format and attach photographs, and submit the documents myself for mailing. This appears to be a process I could have managed independently, making the value of the service unclear.

Given that I am now required to handle most of the application steps on my own, I do not see the benefit of continuing with your service. I kindly request a full refund of the amount I paid.

Misleading Timeline & Poor Customer Service

KYC pending for nearly 2 months despite a promised timeline of 12–15 days. No updates, no communication, and zero response from customer support.

This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. I would never recommend this platform.

My 1000£ transaction got stuck for 2 days not sure when will it gets resolved.

So much for faster payments. My 1000£ transaction got stuck for 2 days. I have been trying to contact customer care but not getting proper response with my query. I am told that i will be contacted by the wealth team at earliest bern 2 days but no response. Bad customer support not like it used to before. I don’t usually give negative reviews i will come update the review when resolved with proper explanation.

SCAM SCHEME

Right on the face of it it appears like a scam, and look who their banking partners are. Yes Bank - wasn’t this bank in the news not long ago when its CEO was jailed?

The very name is so misleading that an NRI would think it to be a scheme of SBI.

Refusing to delete profile or update correct credentials despite repeated requests. Blaming cams although they have all correct credentials. Misleading and factually incorrect prefect reply to previous feedback provided just to mislead other readers. No respect for client concerns or value for their time, let alone money.

Misleading and dodging instead of correcting records. I have called your team 4-5 times and exchanged emails to have you rectify the wrong surname. All your team has done is dodged me back and forth between your office and NSEKRA. They insist its a mistake from your end and have also officially replied to me on email on the same this email was copied back to you but since then there has been silence, Now you have the audacity to make it look like I am the one thats not responded. You guys are highly irresponsible and unprofessional. Still the worst experience, with highly untrained personnel that do not know how to tackle simple issues or speak to clients. My matter still remains unresolved and No one has asked for my records. My PAN and other documents have been uploaded on your mobile app under documents from day one. What do you want me to do, catch a flight from dubai and see you in your office in person and video record the interaction so I can let others know on social media on how you deal with clients?

PLS STAY AWAY FROM SBNRI

It is deeply concerning that SBNRI recommended Growpital as a secure investment opportunity. By doing so, SBNRI has not only jeopardized the financial well-being of its clients but also adversely impacted the lives of its own employees who may have trusted the platform’s credibility.

I strongly urge the public to exercise caution and stay away from SBNRI until they take full responsibility and provide resolution to affected investors.

Many Growpital investors who invested through SBNRI are now exploring legal action against the platform for misrepresentation, negligence, and failure to conduct proper due diligence before promoting such a high-risk investment.

We hope this serves as a warning to both financial platforms and investors: transparency, accountability, and proper risk disclosures must always come first.

KYC

Do not use this app for Your KYC because I use and I have not good experience. They claim they do thousands people KYC but My KYC go on hold by KRA and KRA gives reason They do not fill form properly. I request if you think for KYC and future investment content directly AMC.
