Randomly goes into Maintenance without warning
Pretty massive pain considering for those whom keeps their funds out of their debiting account and transfers it over when paying for something to prevent fraud is seriously a massive problem. Especially for those who might have urgent payments and when they try to the app responds either with an error, or an unexpected maintenance that was not messaged out. Also trying to log into the website will also render useless because when the site is under maintenance the app is also useless to use. Not to mention the jankiness of the whole app making it difficult to move money sometimes. Also would be good to see if could get apple pay aswell as it would be helpful for those who might have forgotten their card or don’t like bringing it around with them for potential risk of theft.

Some improvement needed
Would be better if it reflects the transactions accurately. The “funds hold” can be quite confusing.

Sleek and easy to use app. I would love to see functionality to view/download statements. Apple Pay would be a bonus.

Its Good but it can be much better.
I would have given a higher rating if it had Apple Pay. I switched from ANZ to SBS for my credit card. Although the SBS card is better but in terms of the App functionality, ANZ app is excellent.
