App keeps on crashing after new iOS update kindly update the app so it works with new iOS

Worst bank to have credit card

SC bank is still not active on BBPS. It’s been one year that BBPS has gone live and all other banks have migrated. I do not understand why SC bank does not want to upgrade with time.

Worst app I’ve ever used!

This app feels like it’s been designed by a child. I can’t fathom the fact a bank like Standard Chartered would even allow this to happen!

One of the best even internationally

The SCB banking app should be considered a model banking app. It’s incredibly user friendly and intuitive. Speaking from my experience with some other Indian as well as international banks, this is the most user friendly and yet secure app that I have used. I wish the earlier full functionality of the email within the app would be restored.

Credit Card

Glad that my replacement Credit Card has been received in just two days. Also, I could set the card pin and usage limits on SC Mob App. Whole process was hassle free!! Excellent 😀😀😀!!

Scandalous Pre approved offers

App offered me an pre-approved loan and showed my account that was never used for few months. Loan approved and amount credited to a dormant account within SC bank. 3 months no support offered and I’m paying EMI and interest to avoid my credit score being tarnished. The entire support system is a joke. Please avoid them and pre-approved offers at any cost

SC customer service is very worst and never treat you as a customer. You never get prompt response back and no procedure and lack the process in providing solution.
