Can’t scan my vehicle.

Just bought a C5 Aircross. Downloaded this app. Then presented with a page that simple states ‘Add vehicle’ but there is not button or instructions to add vehicle. Tried the contact us link looking for support but this takes me to a web page that doesn’t exist. I’d like some help please! Otherwise what is the point in this app?

Won’t let me add my car

It says to check my network but the network is fine. I tried deleting and reinstalling wit no luck. It won’t connect to Citroen support either. Very disappointing
