Frustrating
Often times when I open the app lately it doesn’t work. Very frustrating. This happens 9 out of 10 times- even more so lately.
Love it but
This is great so we held these drivers accountable, but tell these drivers after they drop us off they end the arriving so we can book our TRIPS! WORST DRIVERS EVER
Many issues
Honestly some of these drivers don’t understand learning/developmental disabilities at all. Some staff are decent/nice whilst some are short tempered and unhelpful. You’ll always show up to your appointments late, so don’t use it if you actually wanna arrive on time.

Please Make TWO Changes
The app needs two updates.
1) The option to manually enter the time to be picked up instead of just scrolling to choose a time.
2) A pop up calendar to enter the date.
If these features were added then this would be a fantastic app.

Updates needed
I can’t choose which rides I want to pay in cash and which rides tickets because of the preferred payment method it doesn’t let me track the bus the bus sometimes comes an hour earlier then my expected pickup and today I cancelled my ride on the app and the bus still showed up
An Anxious Autistic’s lifesaver
I’ve been taking the SCAT bus for a few years now. Personal experience: they’re not very punctual, and I run on punctuality. The app helps provide me exact ETAs & tells me exactly where my driver is, so I don’t have to second guess.

I love the SCAT app it is really easy to use. I love it that I can book my own trips, cancel trips, pay and track my rides
