ระวังและหมั่นตรวจสอบด้วยตัวเองเสมอๆ*เสียเวลาอ่านหน่อยแต่คือความจริงล้วนๆครับ
ผมเดินทางมาต่างประเทศ USA และอยู่ที่นี่มา 8เดือนแล้วระบบบัตรเดบิตATMและบัญชีออนไลน์ยังคงใช้งานได้ดี ต้องยอมรับ และชื่นชมในความสะดวกของแอปไทยพาณิชย์นี้
**แต่สิ่งหนึ่งที่ยังคงเป็นปัญหา(ผมเคยโดนแล้วเมื่อ3-4ปีก่อน) ไม่คิดว่าระบบออนไลน์แบ้งค์กิ้ง ของ ไทยพาณิชย์อันนี้จะไม่สามารถมีระบบป้องกันมิจฉาชีพเข้าถึงบัญชีของเราได้เลย จริงๆ
มีคนแฮ๊คเข้าใช้งานได้ในขณะที่ผมอยู่ต่างประเทศ มันพยายามจะเอาเงินออก ดีที่ข้อความซิมมือถือของผมยังคงใช้งานได้ที่นี่ ข้อความโชว์ว่ามีการตรวจสอบว่ามีการเข้าถึง บัญชีแปลกๆ
ทั้งที่มีระบบ2ขั้นตอนยืนยันผ่านเบอร์โทรมือถือแล้ว
มันก็ยังเจาะได้ อยู่ดี
**ต้องคอยเข้าตรวจสอบด้วยตัวเองบ่อยๆ โชคดีที่ว่าทำการได้ผ่านแอปอยู่ ผมจึงรีบเปลี่ยนวงเงินออก เป็น5ร้อย อีกไม่เกิน 10วันต่อมา มันเข้ามาใหม่ มีระบบข้อความแจ้งเข้ามือถือว่า ยอดที่คุณจะทำธุระกรรมเกินวงเงิน
**ก็เท่ากับว่า มันเข้าระบบผมจะเอาเงินออก (.ซึ่งผมปรับเปลี่ยนไปก่อนหน้า ทำระบบสแกนหน้าไว้เลย ตอนที่ได้รับข้อความต้องสงสัยครั้งแรกโชคดีที่ไหวตัวทัน)
**ทางธนาคารและระบบได้แต่เพียงแจ้ง ข้อความ และ แจ้งว่าระงับบัตรเดบิต เอทีเอ็ม ของผม
แต่บนระบบออนไลน์มิจฉาชีพมันก็ยังสามารถเข้าถึง อยู่ดี
เพียงแต่มันยังไม่สามารถเอาเงินออกมากๆได้ (ปรับเปลี่ยนวงเงินออก) มากๆได้ **ผมตั้งไว้ที่500บาท
เกิดขึ้นแล้วเมื่อ 3ปีก่อน ตอนนี้มาเจออีกแล้ว
จะกลับไทยอีกไม่กี่เดือนข้างหน้า คงต้องเปลี่ยนทั้งระบบ เปลี่ยนบัญชี เบอร์โทร ปิดบัญชีเดิมนี้

เปลี่ยนมือถือใหม่ แต่อยู่อังกฤษ และใช้แอพไม่ได้ ต้องยืนยันเบอร์โทรศัพท์ที่ไทย ??? เพื่อ หน้าก็ยืนยันแล้ว บัตรประชาชน และอีกล้านแปด จะเอาเบอร์อังกฤษก้อไม่ให้ใช้อีกเหนื่อย เพลีย มีโอกาสกลับไทยคงจะต้องย้ายไปใช้ค่ายอื่น

คุณภาพห่วยแตก
จะทำธุรกรรมการเงิน หรือจะใช้ในการจ่าย หรือโอนต่างๆ แอพ มักจะชอบมีปัญหา ระบบรวนทำให้กดโอนเงินเกินไปหลายครั้งและยากที่จะตามได้เงินคืนกลับมาเนื่องจากระบบมีปัญหา อีกทั้งจะใช้งานแอพกลับต้องไปยืนยันตัวตนที่ธนาคารซึ่งเป็นการผลักภาระให้ผู้ใช้งานแอพพลิเคชั่น จะใช้จ่ายธนาคารนี้จะต้องสวดมนต์ภาวนาทุกครั้งเพื่อไม่ให้แอพพลิเคชั่นมีปัญหาอุตส่าห์ไว้ใจใช้ แต่กลับไม่ไว้วางใจในการใช้แอพพลิเคชั่นห่วยแตกมาก

Worst application update ever
Why do we have to update it to get worse features? Now I can't even download. What the heck!

I am experiencing persistent and severe issues with this banking application. It consistently crashes and repeatedly prompts for an update, despite there being no discernible improvements over the previous version. As I have relocated abroad and changed my phone and number, the application has become practically unusable—impeding online communication and coordination far more than other banking platforms.
To access basic services, I am frequently compelled to return to Thailand in person. On several occasions, I have been unable to log in for three to four days due to persistent system failures. Such disruption compromises the app’s reliability during critical times. Additionally, the call center support is ineffective for customers outside Thailand and offers no resolution during overseas travel.
I strongly advise all users to maintain alternative payment methods, as relying solely on this app is unsafe. I am often unable to even review my own account due to its unavailability.

Keep asking update, no reason and not a better version than the previous one. I’m moving and travelling to the other country. Changed phone or number, it’s mean this application wasn’t work anymore...and really difficult to work out including hard to communication or arranging by online, compare to the other bank. You need to travel back to Thailand, just for arrange this

เปลี่ยนมือถือ ระบบส่ง otp ไปเบอร์ไทย คือ ไม่มีเบอร์ไทย ใช้ SCB ไม่ได้ใช่มั้ยคะ ท้อมาก เบื่อ มาก ตรวจสอบใบหน้าอะไรผ่านหมด เหลือแค่ส่งรหัสไปเบอร์ไทย กลับไปว่าจะเลิกใช้ละ โอนเงินเข้าไทยปีปีไม่ใช่น้อยๆ พอกันทีถ้าไม่รีบแก้ไขเห็นทีจะขอลา
SCB app
If you want to use the SCB app and live abroad, stay away from it since it needs OTP to unlock the app and register important features such as face scan.
I already contact the customer service, and they cannot even help you unlock or purpose any permanent solution to this problem. Once I come back to Thailand, I will close the SCB account and open it from other banks.

Keeps crashing asking for updates
Keeps crashing always updating and nothing gets better. Needs the vpn to be turned off to bank no other banks need this. The app is almost useless!
My account has been blocked when I did nothing
Maybe I just turned off the GPS to use for the App or I forbade the App to tracking my data on my phone?

Nice but can be improved
It would be nice if you could increase the character limit in note taking feature. 40 character counts is really not enough. It would be really great if I could take more specific notes about the money i spent. Now,IHaveToWriteInCamelCaseInNotes…!!
