Sign up did not work with my usual email
I tried to sign into the app with my email. This year, I entered my email address on the prodigy.net domain but the code that should be sent to my email never arrived. It worked well with an iCloud.com email. Please fix the sending to prodigy.net.
May miss alerts because it forgets my zip code!
This is for the Residential Summer Discount Plan. If I go into settings, enter my zip code, and go back to the settings screen, it shows my zip code. But if I quit the app and go back in, my zip code is gone, so it may not send me alerts when an event happens! Please fix the bug so that it remembers my zip code. As a work around I check “All Areas”.

Used to work but not anymore
In the past years it’s working fine and I get notifications on events for my zip code. Now the app no longer remembers the zip code and all settings are gone when the app is closed.
No Alert
I’ve been using this app for a few years now. All was good until recently. I don’t get any notifications of alerts for cycling off AC etc. I have the alerts turned on under Summer Discount Program and included my zip code. I’ve doubled checked my iPhone has the notifications for this app on. II couldn’t find any tech contacts so I’m writing here to hopefully get this resolved soon.

Worthless
So many updates to this app, yet they never fix the problem of it not saving the zip codes that you want alerts for (specifically Residential SEP program). In fact, even with All Zip Codes checked, alerts never come through. Kind of pointless if the whole purpose of the app is to send alerts about events. It used to work just fine about a year ago. Don’t know what happened.

Alert fonts too small
The app and alerts are very helpful but the alert font is too small. It is very hard to read. Please increase the fonts.
No Longer Works
What is the point of the app if it won’t save the zip code for alerts after I close the app? You reopen the app, and the added zip code is gone, thus no alerts. It used to work just fine. Actually, doesn’t even send notifications when ALL zip codes are selected either.
What is wrong with you people?
Why are we as residents presented with all these commercial choices that have NOTHING whatsoever to do with residential operations? Make a single friggin app built for an SCE residential customer ONLY, and leave all this other crap that none of us care about at home to this app only?

Way too many notifications
The notifications from CAISO are way too frequent and can’t be controlled by the app settings. Even with only 1 type of event turned on, they send multiple notifications multiple times from CAISO and it’s just plain annoying.
why no PSPS notifications?
Here you have the app along wit at least zip codes. That’s enough for at least a rudimentary PSPS alert notification through the app.

This app used to be good but now they’ve taken away the phone number to be able to Call SCE. The app sends an alerts saying the the event is over but it’s not over. The app is glitchy and non responsive.
Dramatic alerts
The alert sound is too scary. When I first heard it, I thought it was an Amber alert for a child abduction!
So far, worthless
Have had a week on iPhone. 9 times out of 10 the app freeEs up open opening, I have to reboot the phone to get it to unfreeze...but it doesn’t last long anyway.

Late notifications
This app always send notifications after the events already started for 10+ minutes. And unknown end time.
What is this app for?
I have not been able to "connect" with their server for any alerts for several months and have "tried back later" as the message suggests.
The are no prior notifications assuming due to the lack of the server availability
The history is nice to look at after the summer discount plan goes into affect, but there is no notice of how long it will last.
I still have to go to the SCE main web site and search for the event information. So what is this app for?

SDP: Zip code entry doesn't work
As an Edison Summer Discount Plan participant, I think that this is a great idea, however I've come across a glitch. In Settings > Residential > Summer Discount Program, under step 2 I've unselected "All Areas" and then tried to enter my specific Zip code (92557) and it returns an error: "Zip code error 92557 is invalid." I've also tried other zip codes in the Moreno Valley, CA area, and none work.
I also tried calling the additional notification option phone number (800-497-2813) listed in the app, but the live person had no idea what I was talking about.
