Beware - they make cancelling impossible
I am now going through my SECOND round of emailing support (the only way to cancel once you’ve signed up bc the cancellation steps they tell you to follow in the app do not exist). They keep charging my card and I’ve honestly never dealt with a company that has this level of shady hidden cancellation practices. Beware before you sign up!

I am being charged $19.48 a month when it’s supposed to be $17.95 a month 😡
Won’t open after logging in
After logging in, I am directed to a page that says it is verifying the device and requested content will be available after verification, it loads for a second, has a green check mark, flashes to what looks like being logged in and then back to verifying again. I am stuck in this loop and unable to use the app. Negative rating!

They will steal from you, DONT SIGN UP!!
I was charged $94 after three months of paying $9 so their promotions aren’t promotions, they give you the stuff for that price then at the end of the subscription term (say three months) they charge you pretty much full price and steal your money anyway, cancelled twice with them and they’re still charging me, first time didn’t get a confirmation, second time I did and was just charged again

Parecía ser una buena app, pero tengo 15 días de retraso con dos perfumes, los cuales uno ya indica como entregado, lo cual fue mentira por que tengo cámaras en la casa, el soporte es malisimo, no me dan respuesta, no me dan seguimiento, no me regresan mi dinero, no sean estafados

Disappointing experience
Scentbird is a complete scam. I’m on the regular subscription plan, but they charged me $25 and then sent me my fragrance without the sprayer case. What am I supposed to do with just the refill vial? The whole point of the service is being able to use the fragrance with the case they advertise.
Not only was I overcharged, but they couldn’t even send the complete product. For the amount they charge, you’d expect basic quality control and customer service. Instead, I received an incomplete order and felt like I got ripped off. Very disappointing experience, and I won’t be continuing my subscription.
If you’re looking to try fragrances, I’d recommend MicroPerfumes instead. They have way better prices than Scentbird, you can buy samples directly without being locked into a subscription, and you know exactly what you’re paying for. After this experience, I’d rather order from a company that offers better value and actually sends a complete order.

I was buy April and may month still waiting for both months not received. Courier always not deliver. My Others courier I was received easily. I want full refund 32.28$. I was never received scented perfume.
Where is written I am not eligible if I am not received my order till one month. I am very frustrated.
