Poor Customer Service
I had scent bird for a few months, the scents are good and last longer than a month. However the customer service is poor, there is no representative to speak to it’s all AI. Not only that the text messages spam you constantly and it’s never anything useful just trying to get you to spend more money. The perfume I wanted was out of stock and instead of notifying me before going to the next purchase it just automatically charges your account and goes to the next scent. This is not good business practice and before any transaction takes place I believe it should be confirmed with the customer first. Will not be purchasing again, the better option is to go to your local retailer test a perfume and purchase the whole bottle you will actually use and like than guessing every month anyway. Save your money. 👍🏼

I purchased a few Fragrances and they were absolutely amazing the aroma was like no other the scent lasted all day and wasn’t overpowering like some colognes are is subtle and sweet I highly recommend this product and they are always running promotions on their products so you can get a great deal very affordable. NO WAY TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION FROM THE APP SO IM TRYING TO LOG IN ON THE WEB AND ITS REDIRECTING ME TO THE APP. IT JUST STOLE $36 BRO I DIDNT SIGN UP FOR ANYTHING THAT COSTED THAT MUCH IT SAID 8.95 WHEN I SIGNED UP FOR IT. I HAVENT HAD MONEY ON MY CASHAPP CARD AND DID NOT PLAN ON RENEWING MY SUBSCRIPTION YET SCENTBIRD TOOK IT ANYWAY. YOU ARE A FRAUDULENT APP. TERRIBLE. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IN THE APP. NO WAY TO REMOVE YOUR CARD. FRAUD APP. IVE SEEN IT DO THIS TO OTHER PEOPLE TOO. I love being able to customize my profile to get different types of scent recommendations. I’ve found a new favorite and will be ordering a full size!
During special birthday months, I tailor the scent profile to match people I love, and it hasn’t disappointed. I’ve also taken advantage of the bundle sales in preparation for Christmas (the John Wick gift kit is great and smells amazing!). I know these are going to be a big hit as stocking stuffers.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE
I got a defective spray, reached to their AI BOT and it suggested that I sent an email. I did just that and a week later no response whatsoever I reached back out and they guided me through the same process, can’t reach a human. Threatened BBB and suddenly my replacement was sent that same day. Canceling is insanely complicated as well

They’re a joke in the half of his fraud and biggest scam
They’re joking half they will give your money back at all. I’ve been waiting for three days. No response. Do not order nothing from them. They’re the biggest scam biggest fraud.
Unable to unsubscribe
Don’t give them your credit card information I have been trying to unsubscribe but they just keep telling me I can “take a break” instead of letting me unsubscribe! Use a gift card or something because they make it insanely difficult to unsubscribe and take off your card so they can’t charge it.

Possible improvements
I love my Scentbird subscription and being able to add different fragrances to my queue. I wish there was a way to heart your favorite fragrances and see all of the fragrances you add to the queue. It currently only allows you to see 36 and if I want to rearrange my fragrance and bring a recently added fragrance from the bottom of the queue to the top I can’t. I have to delete some of the choices just to see the recently added fragrance and I don’t want to have to to that..

Good app, terrible shipping times
The cologne tend to be highly over priced for the amount of ml you’re given. I’ve made two monthly purchases and none of them arrived in the month they claim to be for. For an example you select a fragrance for months in advance, the one I’ve chosen for August hasn’t arrived and we’re towards the end of the month, the last fragrance took 7 weeks to arrive. Other than this the fragrance is really nice, I’m very impatient and would prefer to spend that extra money for a full bottle of parfum/cologne as you’ll be getting much more if your moneys worth!

Terrible company!
Don’t bother with this company at all! I had to block them from emailing me and harassing me after I cancelled because they told me to go ask all my neighbors where my package was for a few dollars worth of fragrance instead of just shipping out another box. Rude customer service!!!

Subscription problems
It was an impulse buy so i subscribed for like 2 months before wanting to cancel it but when it said i canceled it- it skipped one month and charged me again. So i went in and tried to cancel it again making damn sure i didn’t press skip a month and it did it again. Today I woke up to another charge to my account and when i went in AGAIN to cancel it will only give me a choice to skip a month. This company is a scam.

Fraudulent outrageous company.
They will steal from your card on file and refuse refunds. Predatory user experience reactivates subscriptions without consent or receipt or contact info update. Clearly they’re just stealing. I want my $19.96 Scentbird. You stole it from me.

Sent several emails trying to cancel this service. Was charged again this month for something I didn’t want. Finally got it cancelled. I don’t recommend this company.
