Multiple and Unwanted Credit Card Charges
I keep getting multiple charges on my card, and I don’t have auto-pay. Not only that, but it’s multiple charges sometimes in one day!! I haven’t even reactived my subscription for a few months now. And although my card has been charged, I haven’t even been getting anything sent to me!! That’s why I didn’t notice my card was being charged until physically checking my bank statements.

It’s been a month and my missing order still hasn’t been fixed
I had my monthly subscription at the beginning of the month and I was supposed to get the perfume weeks ago they said they shipped a replacement but still haven’t seen that either and I’m getting the run around with AI and can’t get any real help supposedly a ticked had been created but it’s been a week and nobody has tried to contact me do not use Scentbird unless you have extra money you can afford to lose because you won’t get it back if your order never shows up.

My first delivery
I began my account with Scentbird and a week later, I received my first package. The package is well sealed and it comes with postcards about the fragrances you’ve chosen. She smells of each bottle is amazing. It’s a great amount and it comes with one case
Steal your money
They steal your money , u get no product they dont answer emails, you cant delete your card from there account , they ate not good!!!!
Verify phone
App won’t open for me, or opens to verify phone and then refreshes. This has been going on for two days now.

Beware - they make cancelling impossible
I am now going through my SECOND round of emailing support (the only way to cancel once you’ve signed up bc the cancellation steps they tell you to follow in the app do not exist). They keep charging my card and I’ve honestly never dealt with a company that has this level of shady hidden cancellation practices. Beware before you sign up!

I am being charged $19.48 a month when it’s supposed to be $17.95 a month 😡
Won’t open after logging in
After logging in, I am directed to a page that says it is verifying the device and requested content will be available after verification, it loads for a second, has a green check mark, flashes to what looks like being logged in and then back to verifying again. I am stuck in this loop and unable to use the app. Negative rating!

They will steal from you, DONT SIGN UP!!
I was charged $94 after three months of paying $9 so their promotions aren’t promotions, they give you the stuff for that price then at the end of the subscription term (say three months) they charge you pretty much full price and steal your money anyway, cancelled twice with them and they’re still charging me, first time didn’t get a confirmation, second time I did and was just charged again
