This app is not user friendly
I believe there is significant room for improvement in both the app and web user experience. Compared to other trading platforms, the overall usability and functionality feel less intuitive.
Additionally, since joining, I haven’t seen many meaningful enhancements or new features that add value for users. Another area of concern is the margin interest rates, which appear to be considerably higher than those offered by several competing brokerage platforms.
Improving the user experience and offering more competitive margin rates could help strengthen the platform’s overall value proposition.

Very Useful
I am able to see the accounts, make trades, know where to go. When the trades get complicated, i use think or swim which is perfectly attached. I always feel secure. When i teach others about options, i insist that on starting an account so that they can use paper trading on TorS.

The fact that you can get a knowledgeable american on the phone in a minute flat is why I have recommended TD Ameritrade since the 1990’s. Don’t change a thing Schwab, if it ain’t broke don’t fix it!

The app continually asks for it to be rated. One time is fine but it is non-stop. Annoying to say the least.

Terrible UI
So hard to get an overview on how a large portfolio of tickers are doing. Nobody wants a table they need to scroll right on, in App format. No easy way to get notifications on the biggest movers that day (ie notify me when a ticker moves +/- 10% on any given day). Ported my entire portfolio over from Robinhood where I used to make multiple trades a week. Now I barely make any trades. Feels like this App is targeting a different type of investor. A shame Schwab can’t service both.

Very solid Mobile App
I have been using the Schwab Mobile App for over 4 mos and am very pleased with the functionality and user friendly options. I would recommend this App to friends and family. Well done Mobile App Team!!!

App performance
Company isn’t too bad, was with Scott Trade, then TD Ameritrade, and now Schwab. Unfortunately the company decided to change the TD app which was by far the best brokerage app for functionality. App does still get bugs like income function always fluctuating or improperly accounting for dividends. Info on companies is pretty lacking as well. More info on the company’s would be great. Not gonna lie, kinda prefer RobinHood’s UI a bit better just from an ease of use function.

Make sure to test your updates thoroughly. My views keep getting broken all the time - I selected specific columns and sorting for my view but it keeps breaking after every update.
Good, but just barely
I love it for investment use but the banking is cumbersome. When asking for help on an issue the standard answer always starts out with, “ Go to your desktop and login…”. Very annoying. And one can’t order personal checks with this app.
