Not working
The app is not working till from two months. It’s always showing under maintainance

I have an iphone and for the past week i have tried ordering grom scooboo it just shows me that the app is under maintenance. I wanted some stationery but couldn’t order. EXTREMELY ANNOYING

They sent me Mitsibushi jetstream 4+1 without original packaging of the pen. Green ink was used 10-20 percent. When I talked to customer care the guy told me since they directly import in bulk therefore no packaging is there. Also the same pen is listed for 800rs on amazon and scooboo too. So they listed same pen for 800 as well as 1275.

They company doesnot respond if the products has been cancelled from there side.
They have the worst customer service.If you dm them on insta they wont reply and if you comment on their they simply delete the comments. People reading my comment there are other app which provide good quality and inexpensive stationaries.

Very satisfied with their products and service!
I absolutely love the products! They work so well!! I love that Scooboo so many options to choose from and are not just limited to Indian products! I especially love writing with the Kaco pens, they just glide over the paper!

Non-existing customer support!
I received a product with some issues, created a return request, I was given an automated message that my request is reviewed and an update will be shared but that never happened!!!
