Insufficient info
Although the app can tell you the van mileage, it can’t seem to tell you whether the van is locked. The Ford app is equally bad in this respect. Surely something as basic as this should be available. Coupled with the Sigma alarm it is very basic. Little to control over the alarm such as remote disabling of ultrasonic when set off by false alarm. Why can’t it be more like a house alarm? Even Ring alarm would be better.

Set up MoT date manually?
Used for two years and generally grade as 5 stars.
Faults generally get fixed, but no acknowledgement when reporting.
Would be nice if MoT date could be set by user. Mine just shows unknown and cannot be changed. Hence 1 star off.

Disappointed. Connection process from dealer to scorpion difficult protracted and unclear. App is too busy and an amazing number of pop ups to clear. What I thought I bought and what the app shows is very different.
Can’t believe you have to pay for text alerts in this day and age. Sadly I made an expensive mistake buying this product and service and apps awful

Vehicle Location
Still not able to get the vehicles address using the app. Surely that’s the point of using a tracker. Really bad, especially as this is not the first time I have raised this issue!!
