Inconsistent
The app says you did not activate the restaurant when you did. Sometimes I even screenshot it before using. Then you do not get the rewards because it was “nonactivated”. So many times I have been missing rewards and have to contact them, send credit card snapshots, go through hoops fo chump change. Not worth the time and rarely works how it used to anymore.

Used to be great, is a scam now
Since they started the card link system, this app is a scam. They don’t deliver the rewards they claim they will. Ridiculous, I never had issues with the old system, and now I have issues every time. Find a different app, this one is just seedy at thus point

Where’s my credits? Where my bonuses? I’m missing money and my purchase went from pending to completely gone. Trash.

Still not worth it since the credit card change
Note how all the “helpful” or “good” reviews are from years ago before their changes forcing you to register a credit card. I, like most of the people I know, stopped using this app when they forced people to register their credit cards with the app, making splitting bills more difficult and paying with cash impossible if you’re using the app. Since they don’t care about my business, and since the restaurants don’t care that I actively avoid using seated now, I guess nothing is changing anytime soon.
