Used to be great, is a scam now
Since they started the card link system, this app is a scam. They don’t deliver the rewards they claim they will. Ridiculous, I never had issues with the old system, and now I have issues every time. Find a different app, this one is just seedy at thus point

Where’s my credits? Where my bonuses? I’m missing money and my purchase went from pending to completely gone. Trash.

Still not worth it since the credit card change
Note how all the “helpful” or “good” reviews are from years ago before their changes forcing you to register a credit card. I, like most of the people I know, stopped using this app when they forced people to register their credit cards with the app, making splitting bills more difficult and paying with cash impossible if you’re using the app. Since they don’t care about my business, and since the restaurants don’t care that I actively avoid using seated now, I guess nothing is changing anytime soon.

App does not fulfill promises
This app claims to give you a bunch of rewards that do not appear. It seems like a scam to get you to link your credit card information.
They won’t pay me out
I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service atleast a month after I qualified for credits, got the email my credits was coming and everything , never got paid out. This app lost my trust and love moving forward . Don’t expect them to pay Ty out.
Glitchy experience
Be sure to save your confirmation email & watch your reward status. My pending 13% reward + $10 bonus absolutely vanished from the queue of rewards in the Seated app (in pending status). I’ve submitted all the support items needed to obtain my $22 reward, but this is a lot of work for something that is owed to me.

New version sucks
With the older version of the app you could take a picture of your receipt and get your rewards almost immediately. Now you need to give the app access to your card AND the rewards take days to show up in the app.

I accumulated $200+ in rewards, which I lost because they expire unfortunately.
They sent me an email regarding the upcoming expiry (even though there was no mention of expiring points in the subject line) but at the time, I was going through a period of depression, during which I was not checking any of my emails. By the time I did get around to checking them, it was too late; my points had already expired. I reached out to customer service hoping for a one-time courtesy, but of course after having read others’ reviews about expiring points, I expected them to decline the courtesy and so they did. So I deleted the app and I’m done with them. An app badge/banner notification would’ve been great in addition to the email notification. An app notification would’ve gotten my attention in time and I could’ve redeemed my points.

Saving a bunch
Thank you! One thing I would make better is when I go into Browse give me more map. The sliver of map that you get is weird. I prefer to browse the actual map anyway.

This is a complete scam. When I had $40 collected they just took away all the credit before I could redeem it. No notice nothing! Another instance my friend who had redeemed it in gift card for target, suddenly that gift card value became 0

Bait and switch on reward percentages
The app is designed in a deceptive way. When you search the map you might see 24% rewards, but then you click on the restaurant and it’ll say 10% rewards today. I get some days may have higher or lower rewards, but by default the map should display TODAY’S reward percentage.
Cheated not Seated
This app frequently changes its policies, gobbled up my $360 accumulated money since in didn’t use app for 90 days, please cash out your accumulated money ASAP. It recently changed the policy to not allow airlines or other loyalty credit cards ! I predict this company is going down the drain in next 2-3 years! Stay away.. lots of other better cash back apps!

Careful when ordering
I ordered a pizza from a local company through the Seated app - I literally never left the app to place my order. When it came time to claim my rewards, I was informed the order came through Door Dash and was therefore ineligible. I understand not rewarding when ordering through 3rd parties. What I do not understand is how someone would know this when they never leave the Seated environment when placing an order for pickup.

Hassle to get reward
The app stop working after it asked to register credit cards. After making payment with preregistered cards, I never got the reward but have to go through the HELP to send receipts and Credit Cards to claim rewards. Happened to me 3 times in a row. The representatives are not nice - they waited like 2 days to respond and asking do I still need help? Of course I need help as I never received the rewards. Someone at Seated needs to look into the operations and customer service!
