App never loads
App never loads up, can’t update bc it just keeps spinning and not downloading. A mess
Not a big fan of the new update
Some of the updates I like. When you transfer money to another account, you can put what it’s for. The only thing I do not like is everything you use your account for is pending. No update on what your balance is. Bring the old app back and text messages of your bank balance. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.

Not a fan of the new update
The new update is very delayed with balances and transfers and is difficult to navigate compared to the old version.
👎 New App
I don’t love that I can’t see the running balance on the app so that I can match it up with my YNAB balance. There should be an option to display the running balance on the app. I also can’t see the total of all of my accounts, like I used to be able to, unless I go to More > Financial Wellness -!; then scroll all the way down to the bottom. Just put it on the home page like it used to be!

I wanted to mention missing feature parity with the old version of the app that is still missing.
1. The quick view should show by default instead of you having to click “quick view” (if enabled). This makes the quick view, in fact, not a quick view.
2. When showing listed accounts, the app used to give you a sum of all your accounts at the top. It is completely absent now. Can you bring it back?

Mobile check deposit glitchy
Next button on check deposit UI remains inactive even after all info is provided.
Bad
The format of the app is horrendous. Other features are great but just the way the app looks is so bad.
Hating the update
The app will try to load and lag out and close it self out it works about half the time I’m using a iPhone 16+
Login
Why is there a limit on how many times I can login with biometrics? That is ridiculous! I appreciate the steps taken to keep my account secure but setting a limit on the number of times I can log in using biometrics is insane! Please fix this. The app is useless at this point, I may as well use the website for checking my accounts.

Used to love
I used to absolutely love the app but now with the new update it’s terrible.
Terrible and slow
It doesn't update immediately like the other version and why does it take so long to get to my statements
The newest update is useless
Before the update anytime the account is used the balance would update. Now it takes days for the balance to correct its self after spending. This makes it unclear on what transactions are still pending. This is horrible.
It's seeming no one likes the update!
This update is the worse. If it ain't broke don't fix it. It never loads and is stuck on the words even after resetting my phone and updating the app again. 30 minutes plus of me clicking the app again and again before it lets me see my information.
New app is terrible!
Ever since you changed the app, nothing updates as fast as it did on the old app and the old system. Everything used to be instantaneous when it came to deducting payments from your account. Now it takes hours and sometimes days. I don’t know what you guys did, but you need to turn it around and fix it the system is also more difficult to navigate . Several people that I know have all complained.

New update: Total account balance
The update removed where it showed your total account balance. Please add this back as an option. I hate mathing my accounts up.
Upgrade is a downgrade
Previous was so much better. More user friendly and more features . Go back to the old one. It was so much better. I would give this version really 0 starts

Kicks me off app
Didn’t have any issues all these years until a month ago. I go to set up a payment and half way thru it kicks me out of the app. I have to login in again for the same thing to happen again. There are no new updates. I can try multiple times and never able to finish the payment. Very frustrating.
Update broken
Since the update, everything has been breaking and access to my financial accounts has been a challenge which is not ok. Mobile deposit, plaid access etc!
