This app often does not display accurate account information for each account.
Balance
Just a suggestion based on my use of other credit union apps… it’s helpful if you list the balance left under each transaction.
Horrible update
This was a perfect app until they updated it and ruined it. Takes forever to update your balance, more complicated to use, and overall just a horrible, horrible update. Bring back the old app please!!!
Terrible
This app no longer works. Keeps telling me invalid credentials, but I log in fine on the website. Please fix the bug!
Latest update issued
There appears to be a glitch in the new update. When I open to the joint account all is okay, go back and open my single account all is okay but then go back and reopen the joint account, my single account information shows up. ??
The new app
The new app sucks. I don’t like the fact to have to sit there and verify and half the time it doesn’t work, there’s a lot. Things stay pending for much longer than they should. For instance, I got a refund from Walmart that I really needed for almost $400 and yet I still have the same amount of money in my account. I called the bank and was told oh it’s because it’s still pending, and I told them I’ve never had this issue with any retailer and all my other pending charges that are coming out of my account come out immediately so that doesn’t make any sense. I just don’t like about this app update.

Request
Please bring back to times of transaction. Lots is new features and left out the old good ones. Also hate when transactions disappear and money adding back to my account. Then days later pulled again. This can be confusing if I see it owning one day, gone next, then pulled out again days later.
Update
It is incredibly annoying that I no longer see the full balance of my secu accounts and must use a calculator to add them together myself. Please change this
App never loads
App never loads up, can’t update bc it just keeps spinning and not downloading. A mess
Not a big fan of the new update
Some of the updates I like. When you transfer money to another account, you can put what it’s for. The only thing I do not like is everything you use your account for is pending. No update on what your balance is. Bring the old app back and text messages of your bank balance. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.

Not a fan of the new update
The new update is very delayed with balances and transfers and is difficult to navigate compared to the old version.
👎 New App
I don’t love that I can’t see the running balance on the app so that I can match it up with my YNAB balance. There should be an option to display the running balance on the app. I also can’t see the total of all of my accounts, like I used to be able to, unless I go to More > Financial Wellness -!; then scroll all the way down to the bottom. Just put it on the home page like it used to be!

Missing Feature Parity

I wanted to mention missing feature parity with the old version of the app that is still missing.
1. The quick view should show by default instead of you having to click “quick view” (if enabled). This makes the quick view, in fact, not a quick view.
2. When showing listed accounts, the app used to give you a sum of all your accounts at the top. It is completely absent now. Can you bring it back?

Mobile check deposit glitchy
Next button on check deposit UI remains inactive even after all info is provided.
Bad
The format of the app is horrendous. Other features are great but just the way the app looks is so bad.
Hating the update
The app will try to load and lag out and close it self out it works about half the time I’m using a iPhone 16+
Login
Why is there a limit on how many times I can login with biometrics? That is ridiculous! I appreciate the steps taken to keep my account secure but setting a limit on the number of times I can log in using biometrics is insane! Please fix this. The app is useless at this point, I may as well use the website for checking my accounts.

Used to love
I used to absolutely love the app but now with the new update it’s terrible.
Terrible and slow
It doesn't update immediately like the other version and why does it take so long to get to my statements
The newest update is useless
Before the update anytime the account is used the balance would update. Now it takes days for the balance to correct its self after spending. This makes it unclear on what transactions are still pending. This is horrible.
