app sucks
wouldn’t let me in without updating it and now i can’t get into it because of the update something went wrong with the new update and now i won’t know how much money i have i don’t have extra cash so i have to check it before each purchase so now im messed up till i can call after work monday
Can’t see total
In short can’t see if money got added and the total at that point in time and overall this update is trash
Updated app sucks
This app used to be great for years. Now you can’t see a total between all accounts. Have to constantly add each account to see how much money we have. Never seen an app that gets worse with updates.

I do not know where to find my account number since y’all have changed so much
Bring back the old app
The new update is terrible. It’s like yall downgraded to windows 98.
The update is horrible
It genuinely feels like the app down graded.. it feels outdated and is way more complicated now, why does it have to say pending? Just say how much money I have. Apple Pay no longer works for me and says that I have insignificant funds, when I’m looking at it and I clearly don’t. The update is so useless and wasn’t worth the app shutting down for a few days.

App update
I agree with the rest of the people that don’t like it because it was easier to handle and not only that this new update doesn’t run the actual total balance to what should be reduced out of the check . It only shows a lot of pendings which I do NOT like at all. How am I supposed to know the actual balance left? It’s only extra work having to check it myself with a calculator!!

The lastest update is terrible
I have never seen a bigger downgrade as this latest “update” it looks like it came from the original iOS. Seriously who approved this???
New version is terrible
This latest version is absolutely terrible. I don’t want to have to get a text message code everytime I sign into the app.
New app update
The newest version of this app looks like it would have been an older version. It doesn’t look modern and has a bland white background all the time, which is not too easy on the eyes. Even when you set the standard Apple font adjustment to its maximum size, it is still small like an old version of an app. A more colorful version with a dark mode option would have been very nice and visually appealing. Could you please please please consider some of these things in the next app update?

New Update - Horrendous
WHY would secu do us this way? no total balances, no easy transfers, no pin login. just extra all around. fonts are small and ugly. everything looks the same. UI sucks!!!!!! nobody asked for this?? the money spent on a bs app developer could’ve been used to give your employees raises OR lowering those interest rates.

It used to be a 5-star app
Before the update the app was super easy to use and manage. Now it is hard to manage and there is a lot of bugs.

New update sucks
They had an amazing app, nothing was wrong and it worked so well, then the update happened, it’s not bad cause it’s unfamiliar. It’s just generally terrible all around, very poor design, and everyone I’ve talked to agrees with me.
Problems with multi-factor Authentication
The phone number that appears on my account for MFA is not mine, and the app won’t let me update it. I called customer support the day before to have the issue fixed, but the very next day it reverted back to the incorrect number. It’s becoming increasingly frustrating, difficult, and time-consuming to deal with. I would not recommend this app.

BUGGY LOGIN WITH NEW UPDATE
The new update is great, with the exception of one really annoying bug. After selecting “Save my username” on the login screen, it doesn’t save my username correctly and I have to retype it every time I log in. If I don’t retype my username it gives me an “invalid credentials” message.
Please fix biometric login
The new update has been great EXCEPT I have to login with my username, password, AND SMS verification every. single. time. now. Please fix the biometric login ASAP

my transactions are always stuck on pending and don’t hit my overview for up to 3 days after they happen always leaving me second guessing what it says my balance is
Updated version
The updated version of the app does not keep the accurate amount in your account. It also has multiple charges “pending” when some have already went through and some haven’t. Not a fan at all.
Bad new update app
Please bring or make something similar to the old app. This new update that yah have provided is not app friendly at all. It is so difficult and frustrating when u have to pause and wait yo do certain think within the app to time consuming. This new update has so much down falls that i can’t not even put up here of how much i dislike it. Horrible update plz fix this to a more app friendly.
