Where is this feature. Badly needed as the OTP to international works very infrequently Also the faq states that can change email/ phone numbers. Feature does not exist

This app needs work
I know apps aren’t perfect and take a lot of development time. But this app is terrible at the moment, I can barely login, the FaceID login which is meant to be “quicker” takes ages. I hope the app gets updated soon because the experience right now is terrible.

Dude. This is the worst banking app ever. Don't you guys know how to optimize your digital platform? Takes ages to load! Worst UX. Transaction logs are not even accurate and up to date. OTP takes ages receive. Both app, and the online one is the worst UX experience.
Online accounts
It’s ridiculous that you have an option of only logging into your online app, but there is no option to create an online account and when I try to do it through another method I filled in my account number and phone number only to be told five times that they’re having troubles please try again in a few minuteswhich I did to no avail as it kept saying that they’re just having problems pretty useless if you ask me

FAULTY OTP
First request of OTP doesn’t show up but if you request again, it will send you the previous OTP code! And it doesn’t accept it, after more than 10 hours i can receive the last otp i requested! This is so inconvenient, especially when i really need to transfer money! This already happened many times!

The old app is better. This one takes time to load and frequently fails and have errors

Buggy app
Can’t even get the FaceID working, what’s the use of your quick login when you can’t even have the FaceID works…..

OTP
Very poor service. Sobrang inconvenient nya to do bank transfer as the OTP is NOT ALWAYS WORKING! Upgrade your online service. ang laki nyong kumpanya.
cannot log in
taeng tae kayo sinong gumawa ng app! to whoever made the new app needs more training in apps making! because why does users need to download a different app that labeled as new if the old app can just be updated! also why do we have to re enroll again just to access the new app! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE
App needs urgent improvement

cannot log in due to high traffic
what a lousy reason that you dont want me to see or access my account. Apple should ban your app.
Cannot Log In
The app consistently says “we are experiencing a high volume of traffic” whenever trying to login. The backend doesn’t appear to have bandwidth to support the number of users.
Piece of Crap App
Always unable to login. Always have to re-login even if face id is selected for ease of access.
Old Version works better
Dont make sense to make a new of the app when the older version is more efficient and more user friendly.

Unreliable app! Just when you need to tranafer for bill pay you can not log in stupid app!! Will transfer to another bank!

Keeps on having something went wrong message... even though i have a stable internet connection... it should be fix ASAP... it's not a reliable app
