Annoying and Useless
“Remember Me” doesn’t work when you login in to the profile. Every time it asks you to provide login and password. Then few screens are just blank white empty. Nothing there. The UI is broken as well.
Need to keep logging in 😡
What’s the point of an app if I have to keep entering my login information despite having checked the “remember me” box? I might as well just go to the website. FIX THIS!!!

Can only view one policy
Easy set up and user friendly. Down side is if you have more than one policy you are unable to access, the app only allows one policy. Would be a great update if you were able to access multiple accounts through a drop down box.
Security
I loved this app till the notification on the lock screen bypassed all security (fingerprint) and opened phone!
iPad version????
Any chance for an iPad version??? Totally ridiculous having to rotate iPad to make functional!!!!!
Constant updates about hurricane but this storm will NEVER hit us
First, I love this app. However, the constant updates about a hurricane that is literally headed out to see, and will never impact Florida, or really annoying. There is another storm that may actually hit Florida, but since it is in a hurricane yet we’re not getting information on that one. I would really prefer if they would not send push alerts and notifications for a storm that is never going to hit our area, or is more than 10 days away. Otherwise it’s just fear mongering. Love the app otherwise, think it’s great. Really appreciated the Irma, Dorian, and Michael updates in the past but this new storm, Humberto, is nowhere near us and won’t be, ever.

Efficient and easy to use
I’m able to get what I need from the app. I can manage my policy, pay my bills and manage claims. It also keeps me up to date on approaching storms.
Does not save login
Please make it remember my login so that I don’t have to re-enter my info after every update. It’s inconvenient on the rare occasion I need to check my claim or policy.
Doesn't work
Why release an app that can't connect to the server? Frustrating and a waste of time.

I was able to review my policies and make a payment at the last minute. Very convenient for managing policies. Navigating the app is a no-brainer.

A completely "Renovated" experience!
I have used every version of this app as a policy holder and they have completely "renovated" the experience. The app design is now fresh and inline with Apple's flat design philosophy. A much better look than previous versions. I am actually able to navigate the application easily to get to the content that I want to view. The tools are much better. I can't wait until storm season to try out the new tracker. This app is for everyone!

Frustrating
I can't make a payment with this thing. I get through putting in all the info and it won't scroll to where I acknowledge the legal stuff and submit. Ridiculous. If they'd fix that, it'd be a decent app.
Useful if you forgot your name
That's about all it really shows. It gives you your policy number and I think it lets you make payments, although I'm on auto-pay. Looks like you can make claims, but wasn't going to try it out.
What I do know is it has nothing at all about your policy except the number. If you want anything useful, you need to use their site on a browser. Not this app.
Only gave it two stars because it didn't crash at least. And I could in fact login.
