Stopped working
Update This app is fraudulent it stole my information. It randomly just stopped working out the blue today no notifications whatsoever so weird. Went to the App Store to update it and it’s not on the list with my other apps, I have to manually search it that’s strange. I uninstalled it.

No notifications
I love this app and want to give it 5 stars but it randomly stopped notifying me of my transactions. I have tried everything. Even uninstalling and installing again. Nothing is working.

App has been Compromised
This app has been hacked! It locked everyone using the account out. This way they can’t remove their accounts and close it out. They then access your bank accounts. Beware! Someone mentioned they got a call from the hacker claiming to be from the app/bank and tried to use him to hack into his banking. Stay clear. Research online the financial amounts hackers have been successful stealing just this year alone. It’s pitiful that people like this so easily steal money without consequences. Tried multiple times to submit this review but doesn’t post. I’ll keep trying.

The app works nicely. There’s two minor things I wish they’d fix: 1.) It’s impossible to figure out how to remove old cards. I have to scroll through 5 or 6 old cards that aren’t used anymore, to get to the two current ones. 2.) It would be nice if we could “nickname” a card, instead of trying to remember the number.

Structure of the App
I’m sort of baffled by the 4.5K ratings when I am unable to locate a tab to perform the most basic of functions, that of how to pay the bill. While I understand that this is a Credit Union card and will not necessarily have all the bells and whistles of dedicated card companies, I mean come on, didn’t they use focus groups or something to refine the app before deployment .

Good while it lasted!
Just like another user, the app also logged me out and was supposed to send me log on information to my email, I never received it. The app says to contact your financial institution but they no nothing about the app.. it was a great feature while I had it. It monitored all activity on my credit card. But now I have no idea what to do. Spoke to my financial institution they said go to the Secure lock customer service for help. That does not exist.

Login issues
Same as reported, login expired and won’t send code to set back up. Card locked and can’t use.
Update: setup a new account on a whim and able to access card again. Not a good solution…but better than nothing.
