Won’t connect bank account
My bank is connected but it still says reconnect bank account. I’ve reconnected it 20+ times already. I even received an email saying my Chase bank account is connected. It’s funny because I receive marketing emails from self saying get a cash advance! Okay then fix your app! The first step to get an advance is to connect your bank account 🙃

Almost perfect
The customer service sucks! Hardly ever need them thank goodness but man it’s terrible. Only reason I went a star short on perfect. Great service and solid results while you working down the balance. I recommend this to anyone building initially or rebuilding.
This app is a scam
They make it borderline impossible for you to cancel the $150 payment on purpose so they can try and charge you the fee they know exactly what they’re doing. And they won’t even let my negative review post I hope you guys can see this ‼️
Great builder card
I went with this card after a divorce to raise my credit and it did wonders to help me. My score with the loan went up 60 points and since I paid it off in 6 months and switched to the card, I received another boost of 48 points 6 month after that and they have continuously raised my credit line with out additional funding every year. I just find that doing any type of charge back or charge inquiry is never a good experience and therefore they get 4 stars and I only use it for purchasing food now which I know isn’t going to need to be sent back so I don’t have do deal with customer service anymore.

I wasted so much money with this company. After everything was said and done, I only got a tiny fraction of my money back. The payment dates were unnecessarily confusing, which resulted in me being late multiple times and being charged late fees.
What makes it worse is that I ended up spending more money on late fees than I was actually able to add to my bank account. Instead of helping me financially, this service ended up hurting both my wallet and my credit.
I really regret how much money I spent using this company. I strongly recommend reading all of the payment terms, due dates, and late-fee policies very carefully before signing up. My experience was expensive, frustrating, and absolutely not worth it.

Treated my savings like a loan/credit
Horrible service treated my savings account like a loan/credit builder reported it to my credit bureau even though it’s a simple savings account not once have I received a transactional receipt for getting this “loan” just simply opened my savings account thinking that would be the end of it. Credit took a dump because they report this account wrongfully as a “loan”.
