Too expensive
For one. They’re too expensive. Then there’s the annoying gate to get through, worst part is trying to leave having to dang near drive off into the bank to get it too open. Rocks are too big in the place. Units get slap full of bugs & bees. If you’re late they now slap a $36 late fee attached to overpriced monthly payment. No I’m happy with them.

Easy Self storage
These units are very easy to access and the app is the best to have access to your account.

Unable to make payments and have had to delete the app several times and still have issues!
I do not understand
I try very hard to keep up on my payments. I have even spoken to the owner ( manager) on the phone. They promised me that my rental was automatically paid each month and yet it is not. I checked online and it said my balance was 0. I am so stressed out! I know I received a letter from them (PIP) but I put it down and now I can’t find it! Well I checked again online again and it said $258 was owed- so I prepared to pay it but when I clicked to pay it said I owed over 400! What is going on? Please please please don’t sell my things.

I prefer the automatic payment system over having to remember and submit a payment sooo much it makes me want to move to another storage facility
No Entry
I downloaded the App to get easier entry but there is no such function on the App. Neither I nor the office could find the function.
Gave one star
Because every time I try to correct my account information the app crashes before I can save it.
Prior to this issue I had an issue with signing in. I’ve never used the app but for some reason when I attempted to create an account the app said I didn’t have a unit rented at the storage facility. I randomly clicked sign-in after 10 minutes of trying to create an account and SURPRISE, somehow I was already made an account but with the wrong information.

Storage App
Boy the easiest App I’ve used and seen. Why can’t all Apps that Apple make be as easy as this one. Who ever designed this App is really good.

The app has stopped working. It will not show a list of locations.
No touch entry
Great app. Nice to use the phone to open the gate. This app works great for making monthly payments also.
Face ID problems
I love the app. But I cant give it 5 stars because it seems every other time I try to use it to open the gate... I have to spend time looking through passwords on my phone so I can log into the app when I NEVER pressed “log out”. I just close the app. So then I have to either use the touchpad that gold diggers...(nose pickers) use... or take like 2 mins to find password and go through log in process. Funny thing is the app has the nerve to ask me do I want to enable face id 😑... Getting tired of clicking YES for one time use. I thought I wrote a review speaking on this 2 months ago but... here’s another. Please fix.

Stopped working
The most recent upgrade no longer runs on older iPhones. My iPhone 6 software version 12.5.4 no longer works with the application.
