Freezes with I
Every time I go to put in I or I’m it freezes up I got tired of having to back out of the app
Just wouldn’t load
It just wouldn’t work. It just kept trying to load and it never did.

I have OCD which is extremely annoying a symptom of this is intrusive thoughts about things i cant control this app helps me understand that it’s not my fault and helps me think positively. abousulty love

Deceptive people
What they don’t tell you until you’ve already downloaded the app & made selections on what you’d like to improve is you get 7 days free then suscribe @ $59.99/yr. I don’t trust anyone that hides this info until the end. The developer needs some self-help themselves.
Took my money
Said I can try free for 7 days but instead it took $21.50 for my account !!! Smh

It seems like it could do more
It seems a bit repetitive but maybe that’s what makes new mindsets items stick? I wish there were mixed exercises daily. The swiping up or down seems thoughtless but again maybe I don’t understand the science behind it.
Not enough variation
It is a nice app however I wish there were other activities, it gets repetitive and I feel it would be better with more variation of exercises.
Doesn’t even load the app on the first try
I really wanted to like this app as it looked perfect for my goals for the new year, but after downloading it I couldn’t get it to actually open. All I could see was the beginning screen with the developer’s name and never even saw the screen in the actual app itself. Really disappointed that I can’t even try it out. 😒

I’m trying to work through childhood trauma. I do find this helpful, but for the mood tracker, I often feel empty and numb and those are not options.
I'm already seeing a positive change! A couple annoyances in the app though
After only a couple days I already notice how my thinking had changed to be more positive. I've been in a much better mood!
There are some things in the app that i find slightly annoying:
- the fake ellipses typing with the messages. It makes that part of the app noticeably longer than it has to be because you're waiting for a fake person to type a message to you. If that could be turned off so that the messages just showed up that would be great
- no back button when evaluating your mood. I accidentally clicked the wrong thing then had no way to amend my choices
- an all or nothing rating system for each new series ( only four choices, no middle "sometimes" option). This causes me to inaccurately answer and also causes me to feel differently than i would about my circumstance due to having to select from one of the extremes
- when asking if you want to save something to your toolbox, the placement and design of the skip button at the bottom has caused me to accidentally click that instead of saving something more than once
- some of the cards are written in a confusing way. I think they could be reviewed. I'd also consider accessibility standards around language because some of your word choices might be hard for all reading levels to understand
But otherwise I'm excited about this app. I've tried listening to affirmations or positive thoughts in the morning before but none have had such a big impact on my positivity and mood as this does. I think has something to do with being forced to stop, analyze and choose which thoughts to accept. And you can do this app anytime and anywhere (no headphones needed) which is great.

App freezes
After deleting and re downloading several times I’m ready to give up on this otherwise fairly good app.

Crashes
I paid for a month to try. After about 10 days it started crashing on each use. I downloaded again but progress not kept and it does not recognise I’ve paid so is looking to charge me again. When I tried to contact this just crashes too. So didn’t get what I paid for and you can’t get in touch. Shame as I was finding it useful.

A couple suggestions
I am using the app on my own, and a couple things need in-app clarification for me to benefit from all its features:
The star rating system. There is no explanation or guidance offered when you do not get three stars on a ‘level’, and sometimes I genuinely don’t know what I did wrong. I can’t learn from that feedback and I’m actually ‘scoring’ worse than I used to, I think because I’m worrying more about doing it wrong than I am about internalising the session. If I’m not supposed to respond to the stars in some way, why is it there at all?
I can’t find any information within the app so far about what it means when you add a statement to your toolbox. Is it something you need to see, or something you need to work on? What is the purpose of the toolbox idea within the context of what one is working through? What do you do with them? If this information is there and I’m not finding it, I apologise.

I’m currently trying to build my confidence and looking for resources I can use. I have social anxiety that is due to my low self esteem. I came across this app and decided to try it out. It has been so helpful! It’s a very simple concept, but it works. I’ve seen other positive affirmation apps on the App Store, but this one covers so many different areas of self esteem, and the affirmations they provide actually resonate with me. The action of swiping positive affirmations towards you and swiping negative ones away is great! I feel like it allows one to really read the affirmation before making a decision (which helps you remember them) and it helps you fully connect with the affirmation rather than reading it, feeling nothing, and forgetting what you read. There are affirmations on this app I’ve connected with that I have never thought of or seen worded in such a way. Great app! I would love to see more content in future updates

Amazing tool
This has helped me a lot; I use it every single night before I go to bed to put me in the right mindset. I’m looking forward to getting the full version :)
Failure to launch...
After being recommended this app by my psychiatric nurse, I downloaded it and set about starting it off. Everything started very positively and I was looking forward to the journey ahead of me, working through the levels. However, upon trying to start this app for the second time, I was simply met by the Fetching Data screen...and that was it, my progress was halted and never resumed! I uninstalled the app and started AGAIN only to be met by the same problem... TWICE now?! I've tried to find the support page but I can't get past this screen so I'm stumped! DEVELOPER: PLEASE HELP! I've downloaded some of your other self-help apps but I'm loathed if I'm going to start them if this problem is ongoing and there's a possibility that it might happen to them as well. I'd like to be able to improve this score in due course should this problem be solved for me. Thanks for all your efforts so far though! x
