Very reliant app
People never understand how difficult things can get into one experience it themselves and unfortunately, I am the type of person that has encounter a series of financial ups and down and not in doing anything wrong on my part most of the time. The point is everyone experiences struggles, prison it’s not easy to make it. It takes a Support in more ways than just send me money, however this application is a tool that contribute to my loved ones improvement, Weather paper, clothes, shoes, glasses. these are all things that are not afforded by the institution. and what is afforded is not of a quality that withstand the amount of time they’re in here sometimes.

If my loved one does something that they’re supposed to do for me towards their education then I send them a little something that they may need so yes great app I advise to use.

Doesn’t accept all cards causing issues at times or having to wait a day even at times. Very frustrating
Transfers don’t always work
I’ve been bummed because the transfers don’t always work right when you need them too, … the app spins and says “transfer not available at this time” and I’ve had my card information taken twice when I have allotted only one credit card to use for this site for that reason…
Practical App
I love that this app makes it practical and easy to send money to a loved one. Everything else is already difficult so when you have an app that is lets you send money within minutes is great! Thank you for making this process easy!
Reliable and easy but expensive fee
This app is the easiest way to send money to loved ones in the FBOP, but the high $8.95 fee is crazy and practically robbery. But the money arrives within seconds, so that’s good. Someone said it takes hours. Not true. The BOP on their end takes hours to actually process it.
Money hoarding experience
Keep it simple, remember your password and know you’re not crazy when WU randomly will make you change it.
Wait till you have time to navigate the glitches that may occur in the app.

A little confusing
A little confusing and tested my patience some but after I figured it out it went pretty smoothly! It’s nice and convenient to send my loved one so money!
NOT USER FRIENDLY
I went in circles for over 3 hours today and was charged double fees for one transaction; VERY FRUSTRATING AND A TIP OFF TO THE PUBLIC.
Easy and fast to use.
This is an easy and fast way to send money to inmates. My grandson gets the funds pretty quickly.
