Sendcash are not what they used to be like 2019 till 2023
Now they won’t respond to your messages and hardly reply emails now, I think they’re about packing up like Patricia did, how on earth will you delay payment for over 24 hours and this is not their first time this year. I will advice people not to use them anymore cuz they’re now useless.

Reliable
I’ve been using Sendcash for over a year now and I have never had any issues sending/receiving funds to my naira account. Why are there no foreign banks like Wells Fargo amongst the other listed financial institutions?
I have been trying to send some funds across to my spouse in the United States, but all efforts proved abortive and It’s getting really annoying because there’s no Wells Fargo. Please kindly let me know what’s going .

I use this app regularly, it’s not perfect but really good. I send money through cash app bitcoin. It takes a while sometimes but eventually the receiver gets the money. I don’t think it’s a scam they respond to emails but my experiences vary. Overall I’ve had good experience
Ease and Convenience
As someone who constantly sends money to my mom in Nigeria, I have tried so many other platforms and they really don’t compare when it comes to the ease and convenience sendcash provides. Scam
I sent Bitcoin to this app twice to find my wife’s Nigerian account. She didn’t get the funds. I have sent several email to their customer support with proof of transfers. No reply till date. Don’t download this app. It’s a scam.

Please beware of this app they are total scam i sent the bitcoins they never initiate or send my transactions bunched of thieves

Money disappears
Sent cash to their bitcoin wallet and the money disappeared. Tried reaching their support team but no response
Absolutely amazing
Really brilliant app. Difficult to sign in on the web version though. Gives you more for your cash in terms of exchange rate as well. A bit challenging to send via card though as this involves KYC verification with third party. Overall, smooth and almost instant process.
Slow in loading different interfaces in app
Wonderful app! Wonderful interface! but would be better to make loading different interfaces in the app immediate instead of having to wait a few seconds for it to load. Asides this, the app is great!
This app is a game changer
As someone from the diaspora who often needs naira and doesn’t have physical cash, Sendcash has been so convenient. I don’t have to leave my house to get naira. The money also enters my account in a timely manner instead of having to sit in traffic to go to the bank or give physical cash to a BDC.
