SEND WAVE IS THE WORST COMPANY THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY WALLET FUND AFTER CLOSING MY ACCOUNT.
Send wave is the worst company they will treat customer like trash,refusing to release funds from my wallet after closing my account without letting me know.I tried to reach customer service,I was told they can do whatever they want with my wallet funds and they don’t know when I will receive my funds back.
-FOR ANYONE TRYING TO SEND MONEY NEVER USE SEND WAVE.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL,UNETHICAL,UNRELIABLE.
-I WAS TOLD THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT PICK CALL OR COMPLAINS THEIR DECISION IS FINAL.SEND WAVE ITS A NIGHTMARE.

Why Transfer Fees?
Great App but lately they’ve tagged on transfer fees which makes it less desirable to use. Now using Taptap send

I had a very disappointing experience with Wave Mobile Money Transfer. My transfer has taken five days, and I was told they are still waiting to receive the money from my bank. This does not make sense because the money was deducted from my bank account on the same day I sent the transfer.
I feel that the information I was given was misleading, and the delay has been extremely frustrating. If the money was already taken from my bank account, I expect a clear explanation of why my transfer is still being delayed. Five days is far too long to wait without a proper update.
I hope Wave improves its customer service, communication, and transparency regarding delayed transfers.
