Sensi touch screen thermostat

Love the features and ability to check use. One issue is periodically it loses connection with app and usage is impacted

You should stop with your advertising.

Not connected w WiFi

Batteries don’t last more than 2 wks

Can’t log in

This app used to work. Not any longer it’s been months now that I can’t log in. Very frustrating. I’ve tried everything. 🤬

Handicap

having a disability or anyone elderly, this is a great help for getting some control back in your life. I can change the temperature in the middle of the night with my phone next to me without asking someone else to help.

Poor Bluetooth connection

Constantly disconnects. But works fine when connected.

Erratic temp change

Randomly switching temperatures to lower or higher heat and randomly switching to heat mode in the middle of summer

Frank

Worse system set up. And forget about asking company for help

Great Smart Thermostat

I like the fact I can remotely turn my AC on, and walk into a cooled house.

👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This Thermostat has been more of a problem than an asset. I find myself constantly having problems with it. I should’ve purchased a nest which I may end up replacing it with. Sorry I ever purchased it.

Sensi

The thermostat keeping going offline.

New install

I have to say my old thermostats were short cycling my AC. When I installed the new touch 2 that all changed. What a difference. Comes on half the time and the house just feels better. Highly recommended!

Can’t get online

For some
Reason my thermostat went offline.
I tried the Sensi app
Instructions to no avail. Tried to reset manually and when entering my email address it says, “Does not recognize.” Checked the email several times and it is correct. Called the Portland number as instructed on the site and found out they are only open Monday-Friday in the day time. It is now Friday 9:50 on Friday night which means I can get no help until Monday morning.
Instructions suck! Customer service sucks!

Connection issues.

Doesn’t stay connected to WiFi. Jump through all the hoops to get it connected and 2 minutes later, I’m not connected again.

Update made it near unusable

Since the latest update a week ago has become difficult to use and today is 8-18-2026. This app needs a serious update because it has become glitchy and accessing settings is a mission let alone changing settings once in and doesn’t close on you in the middle of making changes

Never worked

Never worked

Since the new update!

My WiFi won’t connect since you guys put out the new update. I’ve done everything to fix this and nothing is working. This is such a big inconvenience!!!

Anoying

Not to easy to handle 😑

Weak Wi-Fi connection makes these hard to use

My family bought Sensi thermostats so my 90 year-old mother-in-law could control her air-conditioning from her phone. when it’s working the app is fairly intuitive and easy to use. However, walking just a few feet away from the thermostats and you get a thermostat off-line error. Despite being a small house with excellent Wi-Fi coverage, these thermostats can’t seem to maintain Home network connectivity, and therefore my mother-in-law cannot control them from her phone as intended.
