BUG - App keeps resetting
App keeps resetting after about 20 seconds before I am done - iphone 14. Please fix this bug ! Had to cut and paste this since the app would reset before I could type it.
Love this thermostat
I bought this because sometimes I would forget to adjust the temperature for my dog before I went to work. This set up is awesome. I can adjust the temperature from anywhere and it sends me a report of how many hours my AC or Heater has ran for the month. If you don't have one you need to get one. 👍🏻👍🏻

The app itself is ok, but it is constantly losing connection to the thermostat.

Great app. Easy to use. Saves on both ac and heat. Convenient. Can leave ac off and turn on when on your way home

It keeps disconnecting. I have to mess with it to have it connect again, never had this problem with nest. Would not recommend
Too many ads!
Like most apps this one is way too concerned about trying to sell you something. Additionally it won’t stay on the display you choose ie your HVAC settings and current indoor temperature. Full page must be selected every time to take off the ads. Greed and overselling is never a good look.

Yes, we need a refresh to have new smarter more features. I want to know when auxiliary heat is being used not just when it switched to use aux heat all the time.
My house is hot
Thermostat stopped working 7 months after they left.. Duke power sent over guys that install a cheap thermostat and will not answer my request to fix the problem..
Offline issues
Just had my sensi thermostat installed and within one hour it has to be reconnected to WiFi at least 4 times. Very annoying
Private Thermostats
I am very satisfied with my Sensi thermostat. It doesn’t light up/activate/collect data in the middle of the night when I move around or in the middle of the day when I walk by. All it does is control my climate control units at my command. It doesn’t attempt to connect to other devices in my home via Bluetooth or via my WiFi network. It works well, even through the app remotely when I’m not home. Love the reminders to change my filters too.
