Predatory parking service
Parked here because all other parking near movie theatre was taken. Intentionally does not let you renew parking beyond a time limit that is less than the length of a movie. As a result, forced to pay a citation.
Unable to park and pay
App doesn’t work. Entered the parking spot number on the meter but app could not find it.
Awful app you’re forced to use
The meters I’m parked at aren’t even listed in the app, so I guess I’m gonna get a citation. Thanks for nothing! Perhaps actually developing your app would benefit the people who have no choice but to use it.
Horrible Experience
Not sure how you losers won the contract with the city of Royal Oak, Michigan. This is the worst and most predatory parking system I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. Glad to see you going away. It amazes me how things like this can even happen.

App is horrible. Parking system is worse.
Absolute worst parking system I’ve ever used in metro Detroit or any other city I’ve visited and the app was garbage to boot. Any city or area considering using this system will likely be sued for fraudulent parking tickets due to how utterly useless Sentry is at monitoring parking and accepting reservations in the app.

Nonfunctional
I wonder how much this app fleeced the city of Royal Oak for. Tried to install, uninstalled & reinstalled trying to create an account and just got error messages. Trash.
Will not accept payment
This app is awful. I tried removing and adding again. Won’t accept credit card without crashing. Won’t accept Apple Pay. Cannot pay for parking. Need to pay directly at meter otherwise doesn’t work.
Complete garbage
Literally the only way this company stays in business is by defrauding customers into giving them $10 without noting that they don’t have to. They certainly haven’t spent any money on their app since 1995!
This is the first review I’ve ever written
This app is so unimaginably bad that I am navigating the App Store review system for the first time. I sincerely hope the app developer and any city infrastructure that uses it get professional mental help and also lose their jobs.

Crashes
If you were hesitant to invest in a quality app, you could’ve just asked me to build you a reliable one for free. It looks like corners were cut to save money, and unfortunately, the result reflects that. It’s honestly disappointing.

WORST APP ON APP STORE
This app is a complete disaster. Absolute trash. I couldn’t log in, couldn’t register, couldn’t even reset my password; just the same useless error message over and over telling me to “contact support.” For what? So they can waste more of my time?
Who built this thing? It feels like a high school project that got abandoned halfway through. Nothing works. Zero functionality. And somehow, this still made it onto the App Store? Seriously, what is Apple doing? Did they stop checking apps altogether?
The design is straight out of the stone age: clunky, outdated, and painful to use. It looks like it hasn’t been updated since iOS 6. After 10 minutes of trying to get in, I gave up and just left. Total waste of time.

Basically unusable
This is probably the worst app I’ve ever used. UI is very hard to navigate and select a parking spot. Sometimes the app fails to display how much time I have left. Most days it’s more time efficient to wait in line to pay than use this mobile app
The worst!
Cannot even get the app to open. Every time I click on it it shows up then closes. I deleted and reinstalled the app. Same thing. Royal Oak! Get a better system. I paid at the meter. If I get a ticket, I will be furious.
