I downloaded this app and it’s the best ever! You can make a favorites list with your ❤️ items. All the makeup on here is always high quality and worth the prices! It’s so easy to have a retail establishment that sells all my favorite makeup,skincare, and perfume! It’s so easy to have an app and not have to go to the store if you have one of those lazy days. Thank you Sephora for making an app! If you love makeup,skincare, and perfume that’s high quality just like me, get this app RIGHT NOW.🩷🩷😀(The only downside is you have to pay extra if you live out of the US)

Scanner and scammer
The app functions doesn’t save for example when I use the thing where you check for your skin type and hair type, it doesn’t save at all even though I’m logged in. So basically I have to redo the survey again and again. Also I logged in and bought a lot of stuff but a day after I logged in to the same account and all my point went through a black hole!!!???? Please fix this because all my rewards are now gone. 😭

They don't send samples, even though they advertise them as an additional gift. It's a small thing, but unpleasant.
App keeps giving me US only products. Very frustrating!!!
The app seems to show my local store is in Canada but it keeps showing brands that are not available here or shows things are in stock that are not. I can't figure out if a setting is wrong or something because everything seems correct, but it clearly isn't. It's very tiring.

Not letting me in
I love this app except for the fact that I deleted it, re downloaded it, and it still wont let me in. Im not able to use this app but I still think it’s pretty good.
