I have been meditating for a year now with this app.It has been one of the best experiences of my life. I stoped drinking and started to take care of myself. Could not be happier keep up the great work!

Jâai essayĂ© plusieurs applications de mĂ©ditation et câest celle-ci que je prĂ©fĂšre car les techniques sont bien expliquĂ©es et les exercices dâapprentissage se font graduellement mais et lâaccompagnement nous permet de nous amĂ©liorer tout de mĂȘme assez rapidement. Câest une excellente base pour dĂ©butants mais les gens de tous les niveaux y trouve leur compte. Câest accessible pour les dĂ©butants et super utile pour les plus avancĂ©s. Jâaime aussi quâil y ait des explications pour transposer les techniques Ă la vie de tous les jours. Ich freue mich jetzt ĂŒber jeden Tag
Vor einigen Wochen war ich jeden Tag missgelaunt. Ich schimpfte ĂŒber jede Kleinigkeit, ob die Ampel wie immer rot war, der Vordermann nicht schnell genug anfuhr, die Schlange an der Kasse nicht weniger wurde, usw.. Das konnte so nicht weiter gehen. Deshalb entschloss ich mich, dies grundlegend zu Ă€ndern. Nach einigen Recherchen kam ich auf Serenity. Die ersten Meditationen der App habe ich ausprobiert und sie verinnerlicht. Danach schloss ich ein Abo ab. Jeden Tag mache ich jetzt eine Meditation mit Serenity. Nun bin ich viel ruhiger, freue mich ĂŒber jeden Tag und Ă€rgere mich nicht ĂŒber Dinge, die ich nicht Ă€ndern kann. Ich kann Serenity sehr empfehlen.

Mrs. Olson (well, I presume thatâs her voice) calmly and easily, step by step, lesson by lesson teaches you the âropesâ of meditation, helping you become a calmer, happier version of yourself. If you take the time to go through the lessons (usually 10min each), it will help you clear your mind and you will learn many techniques to be grounded, collected and less afflicted by the anger of a chaotic world.
You will learn to be more grateful for what you have, and enjoy a peaceful existence!
