Let me run a business through an app that crashes every other minute

How have you not fixed the fact that the app crashes the first time I open it every day. Every day I open it, I’ll kill it, then reopen. I’m not the only one

App closes right after I log in to my job upon arriving to job. To see anything about the job I have to sit and wait for the app to restart and load everything all over again. Sometimes it does this while I’m trying to actually enter things into it
This has been a behavior of this app for 7 years and I can’t be the only person noticing this obnoxious behavior of this app.
