الفواتير السابقه لا تظهر في التطبيق الجديد وخاصة بعد ترقيته
يضاف الى ذلك ان طريقة الدفع من خلال التطبيق غير مفعلة و لا استطيع حفظ الطريقة التي اريدها حيث ان الخيار يبين لي انه غير محفوظ و انا اريد عمل حفظ جديد فرجاءا الاتصال على هاتفي النقال لحل الموضوع

This update is poor. Preferred the previous interface. Also can’t register or login.
it is a very confusing app
Unfortunately, This app nailed my greatest share of disappointment and dissatisfaction as a user.
the main goal of a service app is transparency and customer service in an easy most convenient way!
Nevertheless I has been suffering using this app, to the extend that I would prefer to pay thru a kiosk or so for convenience.. Note that i am a technological profession, who works in similar fields.
I wish we see improvements with such apps!
