Terrible app
This is the worst app. There are constant networking issues, it doesn’t consistently remember me so I have to reenter username and password, it will go just go blank after I sign in. Once I’m in I don’t usually have issues. But this is ridiculous. I can’t tell you how many times I have had to delete and redownload it!

Terrible app, makes me late to my own loan payments.
Both the Sharefax website and app are terrible. I had my external checking account connected and it randomly stopped showing up before my next payment was due, now I’m going to be late for my payment. I can’t use the “bill pay” option because it doesn’t work, and the option to “pay my loan” I can’t even use because my account number can’t even be found on the freakin app or statements.
Now I have to call the bank, which I have done multiple times, just to pay my own bill.
I do NOT recommend banking with Sharefax, and I will be refinancing my loan as soon as possible.

Still doesn’t work
Finally got an external account to link and now that it’s linked, I can’t make my auto payment. And after trying closing and reopening the app multiple times, even deleted and redownloaded, and now I can’t even get into the app.
It’s a banking app
It’s fine, all the poor reviews are from the crossover in June and has no baring on the app quality or validity itself

This credit union will leave you with a horrible headache. App never works and locks your money.
Verification function broken
The new version intermittently requires you to verify with a code sent to your email when performing online transfers and payments. However swiping to open email closes the page you are on, when you try to go back to the payment or transfer page it starts the email verification over. It’s an endless circular process. Very bad design.

Do not like the new app
From a design, user experience, and organizational perspective, this is a major downgrade. Looks very outdated now compared to the previous app. Something like this makes me worry about where my money is being held.

Multiple things wrong with this new app/software update. The change to a new app system at the beginning of the month was asinine. Secondly now that I can get back into my online banking accounts after changing my password and username I cannot login into the app with the same information. SCU cut corners using a cheaper software and now it’s biting them in the a**. I will change my review once I can actually login to the app.

Old App Better
Was forced to download the new app. Old app had multiple account information and easier to use. No way to get my other accounts. Only have one account. Account displays ooks cheap. Only good feature is the credit card information.

Broken
Sharefax updated the app available to download Sunday night! It’s Wednesday I still can’t get into my account! I’ve called everyday to the bank they email a request to be called back I never receive a call. I’ve been with Sharefax for over 10 years and this is the worst experience I e ever had with them. Honestly thinking of taking my business elsewhere!

The Share Fax app
Share Fax decided to upgrade their mobile banking system on Friday over the weekend where no money could be transferred. No money could be taken out except for at the ATM but from the comfort of your home to check your balance and to transfer money. Your client shouldn’t have to be afraid of what’s going on with my account.
