Great tool
Got this app 3years ago. Tool control is great, tool loss at a minimum tool accountability at a max. If you have a construction business I highly recommend this app
App is nothing but a big bug
This app is nothing but a big bug. I spent a bunch of time cataloging my tools and now I can’t even use the app. It fails to do absolute any thing and just keeps popping up with an error code. Can’t even see the list or anything. Just opens up to the home screen and that’s all it can do. Very frustrating

Great system
Great system for keeping track of tools. Simple and easy to use. Quality support from real people which is hard to come by today.
Garbage
It wont even send the registration email to get started. Checked all junk/spam folder as well and still nothing. I am completely dead in the water
Doesn’t work, hangs up during loading…
App is a good ides poorly executed. It worked for a short time but now just strobes and seems to be trying to update. Would be nice if it actually worked but it does not.
Not for me
I find this app slow, limited and problematic, and Milwaukee's ONE-KEY app much more responsive and intuitive. This app doesn't seem to even recognize the existence of Apple's password management system, let alone integrate it (meaning that if you want to use a secure password, you have to do a search, find the passwords app, open it and create and/or copy your password, then explicitly go back to the app and paste your password in, all instead of simply tapping a banner above your keyboard to auto fill your password); every action you take is followed by a pause while a wheel spins around as the app thinks about what you've told it to do for a second before it does it, it took me about five minutes to figure out how to lend out a tool (it's complicated), and when I'd seen enough and wanted to delete my account, the app threw an error.

Best app
We use it for equipment much more than for tools. And it still works great for us as an equipment app. If the most current hour meter note would always be displayed with the machine. This would be the absolute perfect Equipment app. And that’s not even a complaint. That’s just saying how close to perfect it is

Awesome App
I love the interface of the app. It’s great to use, and makes all tools easy to keep track of. I would love the feature though to be able to loan tools to a non member by just adding a name and phone number
Unable to upload my tool database
I'm Unable to import my tool databases with format CSV as requested.

We recently have switched from asset panda to SMTB, and as the warehouse manager this by far is the most simple and easy to use asset management system, from tracking our consumables to our everyday tools we “loan” to the field guys definitely a fan

I was doing a project for a small contracting company trying to grow in size and that wanted to optimize accountability and transparency between the central office and the job sites. ShareMyToolbox was a perfect fit for our smaller company cost wise and functionality wise. The support line was always open, fast, and helped me the whole way. Amazing App
Everything from the dashboard interface to the mobile app is just what we needed. Tools are tracked and consumables can be tracked as well.

I’m just updating my previous review. I had a concern and was contacted very quickly and my issue was user error so on me and was told exactly how to correct it. This app is great and does everything it says it will.

Great app for Small Business
We have tried several tool tracking programs in the past but none of them really fit our needs. We really like all the flexibility that ShareMyToolbox provides. The phone and the website interface are very user friendly.
