App doesn’t work
Shell needs to pick an app Shell or Fuel Rewards and fix which ever one they want to use. It has been weeks since I have been able to get the T-Mobile rewards to work.
CANNOT REDEEM SCENE PTS
I've called Scene many times, & they always say my Scene pts account is up-to-date, active & everything fine. Rather, it's Shell's app for not working properly w/ the Scene pts redemptions, & their cashiers don't even allow us to redeem for gas in-store (only on in-store purchases), which is INSANE to me. Been to 3 diff Shell locations, & NONE properly redeem even after restarting my phone, reinstalling this app, & following ALL the in-app prompts w/ NO error msg showing up, just my credit card being billed in the very end. AND Shell customer service lies--they never emailed me back on my case, AND it's been a week since I called to complain. After 5 different transactions @ different Shell locations, Scene pts redemptions NO longer work on gas. What a scam.

Do Not Make iOS 17 Mandatory
Hi. I just started using your app, but I see with your most recent update, that it will work on an iPhone with iOS 17+. You will lose many previous loyal users that love their older iPhone, or just can’t afford to purchase a new cell. Don’t do it….PC Optimum has lost many previous users because of that requirement. Think about ways to INCREASE your customer base, not reduce it.

Can’t get into the App
When I put my phone number in it comes back and says it’s already in use. Then it’s not allowing me in. But when I use my email to get in and attempt to add my phone number it says the number is already in use. 🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️🤷🏼♂️
Used to show which car wash was touchless - doesn’t anymore
I have a delicate car and use only touchless car wash. Shell had a great feature showing you exactly which car wash is touchless - and they removed it, ruining the overall experience!

The app lets me make an account, but when I go to cyan, it tells me my

Scam of am app
I tried to register an email and it dident work because it sent me a code a I copied it perfectly and it kept saying that it was wrong then I tried to resend it and it wouldn’t. I tried over 5 times and it dident work so they definitely need to update and fix there app.
Cannot track platinum status
Despite linking my fuel rewards account that progress tracker for platinum status is gone, no way to see it. App has no way to provide feedback. I keep having to check the fuel rewards app to see my platinum progress.
App just keeps getting worse
Look, I’m really particular about my gas. I pretty much only get Shell. But there have been so many frustrating glitches with the app, from login issues, to “pump unavailable” issues, to other random problems. I like shell gas but man I wish this app would just work like it used to. I’m literally trying to give shell my money

Rewards are not updating even after refresh
Multiple Errors
Fuel Rewards and Shell Rewards had caused my account to have an error accessing my account. I was forced to reset my password and still create an error which had caused me not able to access each of my account.

I can’t login to my account. At gas station I use phone number to get rewards, in app you ask email and password - please align experience. I have password & login saved in Apple passwords, but App just keeps showing me error and your phone number to call. Such a headache. Especially considering that call centre operation hours are limited

You can’t even filter by gas grades. Whoever designed this is totally incompetent. I wouldn’t let them walk my dog. It’s just an absolute joke and they wouldn’t know UX if they got hit by it. Get some education for Christ sake!! Hacks!!
Easily the worst account management experience I’ve ever had.
The lack of cohesion between this horrible system and the Fuel Rewards program has completely turned me off from Shell as a customer. I will never spend another cent at any of this hilariously shortsighted company’s locations.
Terrible app
Ive reset my password 3 times now copied it exactly as ive reset it to log in and this app keeps threatening me to lock my account. Its not my fault you cant keep up with passwords. Chevron app is much easier to work and the gas quality is higher. Only reason i use this stupid app is because i was offered 50 cents off per gallon. Probably not worth the hassle. Ive been a shell fuel rewards member for 5+ years and now considering never filling up here again.
