Can’t load shell credit card
They are not sending verification texts to me to get my new shell card into the rewards app. I’ve gone through every troubleshooting option on their frequently asked questions. None of them work it’s just not sending it to my phone number.
Tank fills to keep platinum
I think it on the crazy side that an old disabled vet is required to have 12 fill ups in 15 days just to maintain platinum status, i mean how much can a retired person drive I think maby I will switch gas company’s cause there is no way I could user 120 gallons of gas in 6 months much less 15 days thank you very much Albert g Blevins

NASCAR promo
Sent an email because I don’t have the option for the NASCAR promotion. Was told to call back M-F during business hours. Called in the middle of the day Monday and it tells me help with the app is closed. Then they give the hours which say they are open.

This app no longer lets me login and says “sorry we couldn’t complete your request.” After seeing the other reviews, this looks like a reoccurring problem since July that they have not yet fixed 2 months later.

Fuel Rewards app has been linked to collecting and sharing driving behavior data with data brokers like Arity (owned by Allstate), which packages the information into driving scores sold to auto insurance companies. Auto insurance companies know we don’t want to be tracked so they are going back door to collect our data. DO NOT USE because the insurance companies are cheating us (premiums), tracking us (this app), and lying to us.

Not user friendly
Can’t use the app unless you tie a credit card to it. It tries to replace your way of paying instead of being a reward service. It tries to do too much rather than being helpful.
Register then spend the rest of your life trying to link accounts
Horrible little app. I downloaded it. I went to link my Stop & Shop and my AARP cards for extra discounts. And this thing fought me for days on end. One of the most frustrating gas apps I’ve ever had to use.
POS APP
Downloaded this stupid app. Entered my email. Said I already had an account, couldnt login so I reset my password. Attempted to login after I reset my password a minute later and now there’s AN ERROR. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS POS APP

Absolute garbage make sure it works first before forcing everybody to an app webpage site worked way better
This app does not work
Reinstalled multiple times, plenty of memory no other apps open . Technical support a total waste of space. No resolution. Fix the app.
Doesn’t work
Tried using T-Mobile fuel rewards code and says code is invalid. Now it won’t let me apply the savings I’ve been using for years. Prefer the fuel rewards app layout and functionality better. This app is trash!! Logs you out and has you change your password just to say invalid credentials. So stupid.

Can’t use my rewards
I’ve paid with my shell app three times now trying to use my savings and each time it says it use them on the app but won’t change it at the pump. Customer service gives no response to my emails. Garbage company
Too complicated
Setting this thing up is way too complicated to even connect to the Fuel Rewards app and all that other mess. I might check back sometime when there’s an update that will allow you to use Face ID. Allow you to use your Google passcode pass key. And someway to add your Shell card as a payment

Great except ONE thing…
The app works great. Love that I can link my different rewards cards as well as pay for gas through the app. The ONE thing they need to fix is this: I have a care wash subscription, yet every time I pay for fuel in app, it tried to sell me an individual car wash. Please disable this pop-up for car wash subscription customers. I have almost accidentally purchased a car wash more than once. Aside from that, it’s perfect. Will update to 5-star when this is fixed.

Can not use alt payment
So I downloaded the app and set it up. Against my wishes it auto linked to my Apple payment system. I could not delete the link. Therefore, I cannot change payment methods when getting gas. I change payment methods depending on card balances and what payments fit my current cash availability. To do so I would have to enter all my card(s) into the app. I could not just use the app with different cards without linking them and I could not unlink my Apple Card. I do not feel that a gas station needs all my card numbers in today’s world of constant card compromises and ID theft. Because of this I had to delete the account and the application. I can go to Costco and can use different payment methods. But not here. So I won’t be getting gas here. With so many alternatives out there this application falls right on its face. Interesting two days after entering a card into the app it was compromised with purchases I did not make. The card was locked and a new card reissued. It was the only place I used that card this week.

Rewards just don’t work
Regardless of whether you put your phone number in and it recognizes you it never applies your per gallon discount or if you login with the phone give it the pump number. It doesn’t apply the per gallon discount no matter what shall I go to in Massachusetts? This is a big fail cause this is why I downloaded the app?
