Very Glitchy
Renaming rooms on map keeps defaulting to “room1, room2” after saving. Room exclusion not working. Custom cleaning (i.e. cleaning only one room, doesn’t work. Ended up cleaning all the rooms. Not very intuitive. Clicking on room to rename doesn’t take. Have to tap 5-6 or more times to get room names to come up.

As others have said, vac won’t connect to app so completely pointless.

This is a waste of time it won’t connect or download to Bluetooth won’t accept QR code manually it’s so very wrong how they can / are getting away with still selling these devices when they must know customers are unable to do on them what the device is suppose to do because a app I wouldn’t give any stars if that was possible

It did not work and I could not pair it
Terrible company - no support
Customer support ignore your emails when things go wrong. App for robot vacuum stopped connecting to WiFi and can’t re-register device. Totally useless now.

As others have mentioned this does not connect to the app and dispite 3hours of attempts having looked at all possible errors there is problems with the software. Strange now how the same version is now sold with a remote control, but they are still selling these older models which are exactly the same without, clearly there is a problem and the company don’t want to admit it and are still selling these hoping people won’t use the app to control the vacume. I would give -5stars if I could, DO NOT BUY… or return asap.

Won’t connect
After trying several (at least 20) time with different Wi-Fi I’m a PC Technician so know my stuff but this thing refuses to connect on the APP either fix it or you will be getting more returns 👍

App works fine easy to contact Massive Tip … ensure that your router has 2.4ghz bandwidth enabled or Dual bandwidth 5ghz and 2.4ghz as it will only connect with 2.4ghz

This app doesn’t work. When you start the robot, it constantly turns around. The controller does not come with the robot. Either fix your app or put a remote in it.
App not picking up device.
Just been at it trouble shooting for an hour to obviously use all its features by using the app. It’s still not connecting. Why is this so difficult.
Great App
Works fine for me. Connected it straight to my vacuum without issue or having to visit my router in a web browser to change the frequency temporarily. Useful being able to schedule its cleaning and see a map
