Doesn’t Work

The app is stuck forever on a loading screen and then crashes. The website is inaccessible on a phone, even if you request the desktop website. No way to check test results from a phone. Terrible app, terrible website, terrible service.

Doesn’t Work Anymore

Used to work just fine, but suddenly won’t even open. Sits on loading screen and never goes anywhere. Website on mobile also doesn’t work anymore.

Just opening the app

This app actually doesn’t work .

Doesn’t work

The app doesn’t even work. I open it and it sits at a loading screen and after 10 seconds or so the app closes itself. I’ve deleted and downloaded again, same thing. I can’t even get the regular website to come up on mobile. I can only access it from a computer. Terrible.
