Easy to use I love it
I love that with this app I no longer need to have coins. The app is easy and secure to use.

I deposited enough money for one load of laundry to be washed and dried according to the screen the app showed. However the app has hidden fees that weren’t disclosed and I was only able to wash the load. In addition the time ran out before the load was finished so my wet clothes sat in the locked machine for over an hour while I called the owners who had to send someone out to physically unlock the machine because it couldn’t be done remotely. They added money to the dryer for my inconvenience but the dryer ended before the clothes were dry. Since I didn’t have enough to run another cycle I had to go to a different laundromat. All told what should have been $8 to wash and dry the clothes would have cost me almost $20 for one load of laundry. And now there is no way to get the rest of my money off the app so it basically cost me $8 to get a half a wash cycle. This is a scam!!!!!
Update: the developer response shows you what a scam this is. They want me to submit a “refund request” so the money goes back to the developer. As they point out I would never see even a penny of that money because their policy is not to give it back to me!!! Scammers!!

Love use an app
this has been great using the app and adding money and just going down with your phone and washing laundry. I don’t have to worry about change credit card or nothing.

Predatory app with broken service—Amex forced my refund
Be incredibly careful depositing money into this app. If your laundry room or facility has weak Wi-Fi or cellular signal (like many campgrounds and basements do), the app completely fails to connect to the machines. To make it worse, the dryers force you to add time in 25-cent increments, requiring you to constantly try to reconnect an app that doesn’t work just to keep your clothes spinning.
When the app failed, customer service flatly refused to refund my remaining $18 balance, hiding behind a strict "no refund" policy that is completely hidden and not linked anywhere in the app interface or the App Store listing. Their actual support solution was telling me to buy physical coins instead or "sell my account to a neighbor" to get my $18 back. Absolute scam behavior.
I filed a formal dispute with American Express, and Amex sided with me and forced the refund because the merchant failed to provide a working service.

I have found delay time after scanning QR code longer than expected. Re-scanning appears to work better.

Trying to charge EV - waiting forever for verification email
I have to download this app to use the EV charger. So I do. Then it insists I fund their wallet. Ok. I can’t do that until I verify email. That email verification never arrives. So here I am, sitting in a parking lot in front of one of their chargers, waiting, and waiting. It’s been 10 mins. Doubt it ever comes. Garbage app.

Good app one problem
I love the app and makes everything really easy but every now and then I get stuck at the log in screen and it won’t log in and I end up in a tough position when it happens at night when I can’t get any quarters if this is fixed I would rate 5 stars
Inconsistent Performance
This is a great idea if it worked consistently. The new machines in our building use this payment system - the washer machine worked well but the dryer always comes on with a message to realign the scan.every. Time. gave up and have to use quarters
Unusable. Never received verification email
It won’t let me add funds unless I verify my email but my verification email never arrived.

Any funds you add to an account for credits are non refundable. Scam, stay away!
