Amazing app
Most apps like this that are one off for a random purpose maybe a few thousand machine suck. This app is awesome. The UI is fast, you can reload your account in literally 2s and then scan and start your machine in 2s. It’s gotta be made by the Chinese because it’s so damn flawless . That or Claude fable.

EASY TO USE
Can’t access account!
I tried to log in on a new phone with my email and what I thought was the correct password. Instead this created a new account but won’t let me verify the email because it’s already in use. I deleted the new duplicate account which seems to also have deleted my original account. Now any attempts to log in or sign up are met with an error. I CAN’T DO MY LAUNDRY!! Please fix this, this is beyond frustrating! You also can’t be logged in on more than one device so I can’t even use my partner’s account, and the laundry room in our complex no longer takes coins. This has rendered the washer and dryer completely useless, services which I pay to have access to and maintain!

Absolutely terrible experience. This app has one of the most frustrating payment systems I’ve ever used. If you move to an apartment that has a washer and dryer inside the unit, there is no reason to keep using this app — yet they refuse to refund the remaining balance.
Instead, their “solution” is to find a nearby laundromat with their machines and use the money there. Seriously? I now have my own washer at home, but I’m supposed to go to a public laundromat just because this company won’t return my money?
This is a ridiculous policy and feels like they are forcing customers to spend money on a service they no longer need. Customers should be able to get a refund for unused funds, especially when the reason for leaving is simply moving to a place where the service is no longer required.
Instead, their “solution” is to find a nearby laundromat with their machines and use the money there. Seriously? I now have my own washer at home, but I’m supposed to go to a public laundromat just because this company won’t return my money?

won’t refund any funds
we were forced to download this app by Princess Cruise Lineson a recent trip to Alaska in order to do our laundry while on vacation. It was difficult to maneuver through the app and add funds most likely due to the Wi-Fi/location. When I contacted ShinePay requesting a fund because there was a credit on our account, they said they do not return or refund any additional money to the original form of payment

TERRIBLE UX. TERRIBLE CONTENT DESIGN. NO APPLE PAY OR DIGITAL WALLETS SUPPORTED. SERVICE FEES! WHOEVER DESIGNED THIS AI SLOP APP AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE ASHAMED. And the fake reviews suck too.
