Reliable
I love that we have access to so many caregivers who are reliable, knowledgeable and experienced! Our three big dogs could be a challenge for some, but we’ve had great experiences with all the caregivers we’ve met through Shinyu. I recommend them to every pet lover I know!

We have always had a hard time finding reliable dog sitters and we just had such a great first experience with Shinyu. They were able to find us an in home sitter with only 2 days notice and Kim was amazing! We definitely will be using them going forward. Thank you Kim and Shinyu!

Kim and Nina are amazing. I love coming home and my pups are happy and I can see that they have been loved and well cared for. If they overnight at my house I cannot tell they have been there, my home looks just like I left it.

Love Shinyu!
We have 2 dogs, and a cat. We’ve used 4 or 5 different people for visits, and overnight services. Always a good experience! The peace of mind is so valuable.

LOVE them…I’ve had several sitters for my dogs and chickens and all of them have been great. I wouldn’t trust anyone else that Shinyu :)
The Best Service in Charlotte
I was so nervous when trying to find someone to check in on my new dog and I could not have been more pleasantly surprised by Shinyu! The personalized care and fantastic team absolutely set them apart when it comes to helping take care of my pup. Kim continues to be an amazing liaison and the walkers we’ve worked with (Nicole and Sydney) have been nothing but fantastic. Can’t thank them all enough for providing such an easy, affordable, and wonderful service!

Great, consistent service!
I'm connected to Shinyu, so I might be partial, BUT...I came to review the awesome Shinyu people who care for my own digs when I am away. I use us too..with no discount! Haha

The Shinyu app does a great job of pairing simple design with a dog-walking service that you can tell goes the extra mile to take care of everyone involved, I would definitely recommend it to any dog owner or dog walker!

I’ve used so many dog walking apps
I’ve tried Wag, Rover, all of them and this is the best one by far. I have some horror stories with questionable walkers & sitters for my dog (who leaves your back door open all day bc they “forgot”???) so I feel a lot better knowing that my walkers are vetted.
It’s also super easy to use which is a big plus. Even my dad has used it for his dog - which says a lot because he can barely google something on his phone.
Won’t go back to the other apps! Shinyu is my go to from now on.
