The app is only marginal
The app is not intuitive at all. I’ve saved favorites, but am never able to find them when I want to order again. I have tried to apply my rewards multiple times and have never yet received my free donut holes. I participated in their June challenge for a Shipley hat, but even after fulfilling the terms of the game I never received my hat. It is a testament to how much I like Shipley donuts that I keep coming there. Frankly, the app is causing so much frustration that I’ve stopped visiting as often.

Finally , Shipley got their own app. Works great and flawless.
Can’t order preselected box
I wanted to order the Shipley’s Box which has preselected donut flavors. When trying to add to cart it gives an error saying I need to choose 12 options for “preselect” which makes no sense if it already has a set amount of donuts and flavors. Prices also seem higher than in person.
This App Needs Major Work
The service fee alone is ridiculous, but it doesn’t even show everything they have available on the menu.
I could don’t order milk on the app, I would have had to order my food, pay the service fee, then order my drink once I got into the store. I might as well just order everything all at one time when I walk in.
Lose the service fee and show the whole menu. Anyone giving this app 5 stars is being disingenuous
