I have target circle 360 and this add on was the best thing! No mark ups and the shoppers are great at communicating with me on what is and isn’t available.

Frustrated

I’ve been using Shipt for grocery delivery since 2017. I love the convenience of it. However, I recently discovered I haven’t been earning reward points for my grocery orders. When I tried to figure out why, I saw that my grocery store (Reasor’s) was no longer listed under the reward account affiliates that I could link to. I don’t know if this is a company issue or an app issue. When I tried to bring it to the attention of Shipt customer service they just repeatedly gave me instructions of how to link reward accounts as if I didn’t know what I was doing. I can’t! My store isn’t listed as an option anymore. It’s just gone, without any notice that it was removed. There one day, gone the next.
