Works but needs some work
As a delivery driver i use shiptrack alot and this app feels drastically slower than a dedicated shiptrack scanner with the slow animations and loading screens. If you need to scan multiple packages you have to tap the camera app for every single barcode instead of just keeping the camera open and having it constantly scan for packages (wich would be much better) its a huge waste of time and its very unnecessary. If you turn off the scanner sounds in the settings it will just turn back on next time you use the app. This app especially struggles for ICS package barcodes it either dosent want to scan it or it scans it and you have to type in the adress, postal code, name and everything manually. I would honestly recommend against using this app unless thats the only thing you can use

Getting worse not better!
I could type all day! Misspins apartment buildings that people have lived in for 3 years! But knows the new building next door. You can’t submit anything to fix it so day after day month after month same problem! Makes you drive past places you need go to, only to double back much later to do them & then drive all the way back AGAIN to continue Getting worse not better!
Update so now when it has something in the wrong place, apple Waze etc, doesn’t interpret the address they just take you to wherever ship track thinks it is.
Shiptrack can’t find places that apple, google, Waze, circuit for teams & road worrier all have no trouble with.
It will take you to a correct address & then the next one that’s three doors down, shiptrack throws a dart at a map & tells you to drive 15 minutes on a wild goose chase!

Dark Mode please! When my whole phone and apps are all in dark mode, except for the delivery app that I use the most at night. Painful on the eyes. Dark mode is desperately needed!

Easy to use
Makes managing deliveries a lot easier. Super simple, bar code scanning is shockingly fast, no issues so far.

When your doing deliveries and the software sends you across a town just to bring you back to a street over where you were originally. “Facepalm” update software to correct this.
