This by far is the worst sellers app on the market, I set up an account to start selling my merchandise.. I paid the 40 dollar fee to start but I couldn’t quite figure out how to properly set everything up but by then I found a different app that’s free so I canceled my subscription and deactivated my account they sent me a message telling me my account will be deactivated August 10th here it is August 24th and my card is still getting charged 40 dollars for an account I canceled already this app just screams scam I wonder how many people they’ve done this to now I have to make another request and wait for them to cancel my account for me all over again these subscriptions are legal thieves pirating off of people trying to make it, it’s a sad world we living in 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Needs Fixing
I want to be able to pre set product weight. Its already set at 0.0 now with the new update which is super annoying. For every listing you need to delete the 0.0 and then write the correct weight instead of just being empty.

Bro this app is a scam I tried canceling my subscription during my free trial they don’t even give you the option to cancel . If you go to change plans there is no option to cancel your subscription even if you go to iCloud and look for subscription nothing pops up. So eventually I decide to deactivate my store due to not making sales and not liking how the app process payments from clients and their strict rules and guidelines etc. I deactivate my store and deleted the app tell me why after the trial they still charge your card for over 3 months they been trying to get $40 each month from my card. They couldn’t get any money from my card because my card expired then boom last night Aug 21 2026 they randomly get into my card and take $40 from my card bro . Remind you i haven’t used Shopify app in over 3 months . I have proof so I decide to redownload the Shopify app and see if I didn’t cancel the subscription bro it says my account is inactive so I’m so confused on why they taking money from my account after not using the app for over 3 months . I’m highly upset this app some bs . Should definitely make it easier to cancel instead of hiding it on the app or misleading .

I’ve had a Shopify account website for years and enjoy having the ability to showcase my offerings. What would make my experience better is if Sidekick didn’t have so many limitations and for it to make less mistakes. Sidekick should be able to help assist with vibe coding etc. Also wish Shopify would build an algorithm to actually help businesses get their website products and offering seen. Like build it like social platform do. Help us get seen by millions of users, real customers without having to rely on emails and outside platforms to get customers etc. through the gates and be discovered. So basically a discovery build where you attract users aka customers to your platform not just merchants and websites people like real customers users. Build it to give a user a reason to use Shopify daily and in turn opens the door ways for us to be seen right on your platform. Just some ideas from a real user is all.

“Suggested” fields
The listing “suggested” fields that populate in a purple colored text don’t remember what I’ve been selecting for months. It forgets the listing category and category metafields every week. Great feature if it actually worked.
Update: still doesn’t auto populate fields properly, should work on app and desktop site but does not.

This new update completely sucks
I’ve had my Shopify account for 3+ years and they all of a sudden update the app changing the complete dynamics and navigation of the entire app the entire way I interact with my store for the worse…. Not to mention how bugged and messed up this newer version is. Literally stops working and freezes mid app EVERY time I go to add a product or adjust something within my store which was never a problem before . Not to mention they completely changed how you edit your store and certain functions are impossible to find making this app a pain to you entirely. Not to mention the stupid set up with every edit broken up into multiple puzzles you must solve before you get to what you been looking for that you can’t find all of a sudden . Not to mention the literally HELPLESS ai chat boxes everywhere I look . It’s completely unnecessary, 100% more confusing and inefficient. Definitely working on my own website/server this app is trashed on now

I have been absolutely bombarded with scammers and sales emails. I have gone from 14 unread emails to over 1000 of people who have somehow got made aware I created a website through Shopify. Save your time. Make a website else where unless you’re ready to constantly delete emails or pay for extra storage to save room for legit customers.
