I tried drop shipping i sucked and they keep tryna charge me a dollar even when i canceled

My subscription is being refused cancelation and every month I have my payments come out.
Payouts take 30 days +
Payout are so slow that you will go out of buisness. Say what you want about wix but money was in my bank in 2 days.

I’m just getting started it I’m very impressed with Shopify. My store used to be on BigCommerce, which feels like Joomla by comparison.
Not for curious people
Be careful if you just want to have an experience and choose a plan for $1, the first 3 months. Once you are in this plan you can't find easily how to find the exit of the plan. The help center is made by robots that don't help at all. I wasted hours of my day to find the settings and cancel my plan before the 4th month bill.

Too dependent on AI, new updates are horrible
It’s in the title, the most recent app updates have been horrible and as with everything else in the modern tech universe, Shopify are now also relying way too heavily on AI. Do not recommend

Fraudulent Charges
I had two accounts with Shopify that are canceled and closed, yet I’m being charged a bill. There is no actual person to speak to find out what’s going on. I have also viewed the self-help several times any informational instructions that it’s giving me is invalid. How can I receive support from an actual human?!!

Please for the love of your sanity put your real name that’s on your id when it asks for it when creating the account
I have spent 2 months talking with over 7 people for their support team to resolve the issue of my id not matching my name because I used my nickname (not my real name but an example Jonathan -> john will NOT work you MUST use Jonathan) I can’t get any of the money I’ve made because my id doesn’t match the name on the account and can only be resolved through their support team, and their support team is awful they have never emailed me back no matter how many times I’ve talked to them. it’s absolutely ridiculous I hate this stupid app but only have it because I need my money and refuse to just give it to them.

Great start!
I’ve been trying to update my old website and tried a number of different platforms. I found Shopify easy to use and set up. Pricing is reasonable as well.

Worst customer service
This is ridiculous platform where you can’t expect support!
Each person gibe there work to other and they called specialist contact you where no one will follow up your query so you have to keep waiting and contacting them many times for single problem.

They do not inform you when your subscription amount changing and just bills u.
I have been struggling with my Shopify acc for a while and I thought I wouldn’t have to pay a lot of money bc it had said it would only charge 1 dollar a month and this month. This morning I was billed 40 dollars to my PayPal and I’ve already been struggling with money so now I’m in debt.
“Suggested” fields
The listing “suggested” fields that populate in a purple colored text don’t remember what I’ve been selecting for months. It forgets the listing category and category metafields every week. Great feature if it actually worked.
Refund
Let’s you pay for a subscription before telling you it’s not available in your country then doesn’t refund the subscription. Thanks shopify.

Persistent AI Sidekick Error Preventing Theme Block Generation
I love the app it’s very user-friendly and easy to manage. However, I’ve been experiencing one persistent issue with the AI Sidekick. Whenever I paste a prompt asking it to design or update my store, it consistently returns the error message: “Unable to Generate Theme Block at This Moment.” This has been happening consistently for the past two months, making the AI feature unusable for me. I hope this can be resolved soon.
