Scam. Won’t Even Pay $70 Owed
I tried to join a campaign with this app and when I left I have 7 eligible videos that went beyond 1k views and a month has passed and they still haven’t paid me the amount owed which is $70. Saying the brand has to agree with paying me before I can get that payment. It’s freaking $70!! How bad could it be if more than that. This app is the worst app invented.

THIS APP IS A NIGHTMARE 🚨🚨🚨
This app has been a headache from the very first minute I started using it. The worst part is that I paid for the Pro version, the money was charged to my account, and yet, when I logged in, it still kept asking me to pay for the Pro version.
There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this issue because apparently you have to pay for the full version just to have access to the help center. Absolutely unbelievable!
I need a refund because I paid for a service that I am not receiving.

A scam
When I signed up I was required to select the free trial for Pro Annual. I was not given an option to just sign up for the free account. The Pro Annual membership free trial expired three days later and because of life I didn’t catch it and was charged the full amount of $59 for the year. The app is filled with nothing but AI gigs which I am not interested in at all. So now my time and money has been wasted. I can’t get a refund and I’m unable to use the app.

Can’t verify email
Paid for the subscription and as I was signing up, couldn’t get past the email verification. Tried multiple times and even deleted and re-downloaded the app. Honestly SO frustrating and disappointed
Error as soon as I open the app
When trying to log it it allows me to subscribe for the free trial but then says to verify my email and no email was sent to my account! Dissapointed :(
Scam and shady
The fact that they force you into a trial that cost way over $20 is so uncomfortable. There’s not even an x button or a way to opt out you just gotta get into the trial.
Bad workflow
I don’t know about the content creator side of things but managing a ugc project with this service is a headache. So many clunky and buggy things to deal with. The mobile app is almost useless. The only reprieve is the ability to find ugc creators

Email issue
It will not let me add my email to sign up at all! It says an email verification was sent but never was actually sent so i'm stuck on that screen! I tried 3 different emails and i run into the same issue so it must be a bug that has yet to be fixed.
Won’t Let Me Sign Up
Whenever it keeps asking me to put my email address, I type it out and then it says “network error, complete email verification before creating account” like that isn’t exactly what I am trying to do.
