DON’T subscribe to pro if you don’t plan to keep the app!! You will be charged 19.99 a month whether you’re getting paid or not. As an iPhone user if you don’t pay for the subscription you won’t be able to download apps and that really sucks. I deleted my profile and it’s still trying to charge my card!! 🤯

I have received multiple payment requests for ¥1,500 each month. Although I canceled the subscription for this app (“Side Shift Earn Money”) back in July - the payment requests have continued aggressively…

Scam. Won’t Even Pay $70 Owed
I tried to join a campaign with this app and when I left I have 7 eligible videos that went beyond 1k views and a month has passed and they still haven’t paid me the amount owed which is $70. Saying the brand has to agree with paying me before I can get that payment. It’s freaking $70!! How bad could it be if more than that. This app is the worst app invented.

This app has been a headache from the very first minute I started using it. The worst part is that I paid for the Pro version, the money was charged to my account, and yet, when I logged in, it still kept asking me to pay for the Pro version.
There is no way to contact customer service to resolve this issue because apparently you have to pay for the full version just to have access to the help center. Absolutely unbelievable!
I need a refund because I paid for a service that I am not receiving.

A scam
When I signed up I was required to select the free trial for Pro Annual. I was not given an option to just sign up for the free account. The Pro Annual membership free trial expired three days later and because of life I didn’t catch it and was charged the full amount of $59 for the year. The app is filled with nothing but AI gigs which I am not interested in at all. So now my time and money has been wasted. I can’t get a refund and I’m unable to use the app.

Can’t verify email
Paid for the subscription and as I was signing up, couldn’t get past the email verification. Tried multiple times and even deleted and re-downloaded the app. Honestly SO frustrating and disappointed
