Buggy and spams ads
The app has numerous bugs. At one point I got completely locked out of my account and had to recreate it through my phone, then email, then delete both before I could get back in. It also spams notifications for sales they’re having and you can’t turn them off.
Can’t turn off promo notifications
Total garbage app. Can’t turn off their promotional notifications.

They have not sent me the verification email needed to create an account. I have tried multiple times using different devices and different email addresses, but it still isn’t working.
Auto booking feature is a disappointment
What’s so frustrating about this feature is how complicated it is to set up. The instructions aren’t clear or helpful, which makes it very difficult for customers to use properly. Even after going through the setup process, it still doesn’t work correctly, yet you’re still being charged for it. I brought these issues up already, but the support team didn’t provide a useful solution or fix.

I am unable to receive the email to create an account
Good Lock, Bad App
I like this lock a lot. However, I am unable to open the app. Every time I click on the app, it automatically kicks me out. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. I can’t see how much battery I have on the lock. Frustrating.
App Crashes
Just brought this lock today. Opened it up, tried to follow step one and down load the app- but it refusing to open. There's a bug issue. Already disappointed.

Still Waiting on a Verification Email
Still haven’t received a verification email to create an account for the app that is REQUIRED to use these locks. Absolutely ridiculous.

Garbage App
The software sucks, the lock itself is terrible. The verification codes never go through. Once account is set up the temporary password never work. The fingerprint feature never works. Absolutely garbage, save your money and buy a better product. Waste of money

The lock may work I wouldn’t know since the app doesn’t work. Definitely will be returning this. Doesn’t make sense that it takes over an hour to attempt to set up an account for a damn lock. I’ve been using the key instead so I might as well get a regular lock. Waste of my time
Absolutely Terrible!
Why is everything so complicated now? The workflow is redundant, navigation is confusing, and even basic tasks feel like a chore. This app is more tiring than helpful, to be honest.

I used to love this app, but ever since the new icon and redesign, the app feels like it lost its way.
Simple actions now takes extra steps, important features are hidden like Easter eggs, ads keep increasing. Every update seems more focused on monetization instead of usability.

Unhelpful support
I’ve been going back and forth with support about an issue and I’ve tried explaining multiple times. They’ve assured me there is no issue when there is clearly still an issue with the app.
Okay
Need to optimize dark mode when selecting from scrollable options. That’s why you can’t see increments. Turn to light mode until it’s fixed.
Current version glitches
The auto lock feature will not display the increments you can’t set it to unlock—it’s just blank. You previously could choose increments up to 60 seconds. Now it only defaults to 5 seconds. Please fix this bug.
