When I take A photo for a Security Issue

When I take a photo for a security issue, it crashes it is keep on saying it is loading. I just updated the app. Can somebody please help me with this issue I need to get my reports right?

Not working properly since updated

Ever since the application was updated the application hasn’t worked properly. My iPhone is updated to the current iOS version and the application hasn’t worked right.

Logging in issues

Experiencing issues logging into the different sites and after taking a picture it just goes to a log in screen and just spins.

App functionality…

This app is completely unpredictable and has major system failures, thus causing so much confusion as well as frustration when trying to work my shift. App support isn’t helpful either.

Delayed Review

I used this app a while back while working Security. I had some difficulties every now and then, often due to connection issues, but otherwise nothing I wasn’t able to remedy by communicating with my leads/team. To be fair, those issues were occasionally on my end, otherwise, most reports seemed to have gone through accordingly. IIRC, there may have been issues towards the beginning, however I don’t recall ever attempting to reach out to the app developers about the situation. This is the most of what I can remember from 2-3 years ago about using the app.
Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is probably because I wasn’t actively speaking with the devs, sending feedback, reviewing update/patch notes.

System crashing multiple times

The app continues to randomly crash whenever I’m in the middle of trying to submit a report. Photos, notes, everything erased and I’m forced to have to do it again, just for it to fail again and again. Whenever it crashes, it does it multiple times in a row

Not efficient.

This app makes it seem like I don’t do my job. I take pictures hourly and upload only for the supervisors and dispatchers to say they don’t get my hourly reports and uploads. So sickening.

⛔️MALFUNCTIONS DAILY ⚠️

This App Crashes all the Time making me look like I’m not doing my Job my employer states this has never happened to any other Officer other than me but I see otherwise based on this reviews in here, my Issues don’t show up. I have to constantly annoy my employer with the exact same problem that some of my issues don’t appear. FIX THIS ISSUE. Security should be your main priority when managing an app that Bothe Security and Law Enforcement Depend on.

Always buggy

If It doesn’t let you login or randomly won’t let you take pictures. It will randomly crash and give a error message stating that you made too many attempts.

I am very disappointed in Silvertrac!!!
I have had an issue that is going on two months and there is no resolution in sight!
All I’ve been told is that the company is working on the issue!

I use Silvertrac for work and the update is amazing. I had a few problems and they reached out numerous times via Silvertrac support and BlackDot to ensure that my team was back up and running. Love the interpersonal communication

Worst app ever

I’m a guard that Hass to use this crappy app. I really wish my company would get rid of this cheap lame app. Every time I take a post picture the app deletes it it says rerouting data and deletes my posts I have to literally take a picture of one post send it sign out and re-sign back in for every single picture. Worst app ever I can’t describe how much I hate Silvertrac if you are a company looking to invest in a app that keeps your guards on task don’t use this app by hands to God this app is the worst and will cause you nothing but headache and nightmares with your security guards you will have lost posts missing entries. I’ve had pictures and written post notes that were sent in only to hear my dispatch say there’s no pictures are notes that was sent. This is the worst app ever. If I were a -5 stars I would.

SILVERTRAC UPDATE

I use Silvertrac for work and most recently it was perfect until today, An update was released and the entire company cannot log in. It’s a horrible inconvenience
