Excellent Service
The customer service team at Simify were incredibly helpful and kind answering all my questions and they were super fast in responding. A 5 stars experience for me. They are very knowledgeable and have amazing different plans to choose from. The world plan is a great one for digital nomads.

Terrible
I used Simify for a 9-day trip to the Philippines and unfortunately had a very poor experience. Although the eSIM appeared to connect to Smart and showed a 4G/5G signal the entire time, I was unable to access any mobile data at all. Apps, websites and social media would not load despite multiple troubleshooting attempts.
I contacted support and followed the suggested steps, but the issue was never resolved during my trip, making the service essentially unusable. I ended up relying on Wi-Fi for the duration of my stay.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Simify for travel in the Philippines as I paid for a service that I was unable to use.
