Speed poor in Spain no real support
I’m currently in Madrid. Speeds are poor, only getting LTE with sub megabit throughput. Click the main support link on their page you get page cannot be found. Go to the help center there’s no way to contact them. It works just poorly.

This is a scam. We paid for 2 E-Sims and the products have not been provided.
Have followed up multiple times via the support systems but only get fed automated responses.

Best customer service you could ask for
From great to ok
Once upon a time Simify was really fantastic. Recently it seems decisions have reduced its quality. 1. You need to sign in to the app far to often. It’s an app. Why does it not remember me? 2. Also it defaults to singing me up for marketing material every time I log on. It should remember this and it bugs me every time. 3. The cost has gone up so it’s no longer really great value. Having using Simify for years I think I will try someone else next time.
